The AC wasn’t very effective but it’s also just very hot and humid so I think that’s the case in many places. Welcome to the tropics!

Location is not the best, not much around and you need to walk 10/15mins on the road before going to restaurants (not with a great choice in the area). No water refill (and it’s know el nido has pretty bad water). The worse were the guys at breakfast. They were very slow and lazy, the day of check out we pre-ordered breakfast for 07:00 as we had to leave early. When we went downstairs the guys were sleeping in the breakfast area and there were alcohol bottles around with dirty glasses from the day before and breakfast was late. Really disappointed.

Clean and good aircon (very unusual in the Philippines). Girls at reception and cleaning are very nice.

A little far from the center, the isolation between the rooms is not good, so for those who are sensitive it can be disturbing.

Great and pleasant staff, they welcomed us nicely and were attentive to everything we asked for, comfortable beds, a reasonable shower and a good atmosphere.

The rooms need a refresh. loose stalls in the bathroom, drain clogged, air conditioning not working. A little paint here and there would do well.

Inner walls too thin, no privacy. When it rains drops fall onto a metal roof somewhere and it's really noisy

The staff was welcoming and professionnal. They helped us for the scooter rental and gave us many information. The location was just perfect. Close to everything, but on a quick alleyway so we slept well. The breakfasts were delicious.

The staff was great. They were welcoming and help us out with many things, including scooter rental. The location of the hotel is good because it is away from the noises of the street. The breakfasts were also really good.

Small balcony, too small to really spend any time out there. Tiny TV in the corner of the room, maybe install a bigger TV in a better location? The plug socket was in an awkward place, difficult to access, also there weren't many plug sockets in the room as a whole.

Loved the free breakfast, very nice pancakes! The room was a nice size, very comfortable. Adequate Aircon for the room. Comfortable bed, big enough for 2 of us. Nice powerful shower. Lovely roof area to hang out and watch the stars and sea.

Reception people is very nice, breakfast is good. Place is simple and affordable. But in 3rd floor WiFi is not working well.We still recommend for the people who don’t used net most of the time.

Just about everything very disappointing and not what we expected but if the owners are selling this hotel as we were told thats to me explained why it was so run down. We did not take any photos not worth keeping

Well over all i cant beleave this should be listed as a 5 star hotel and the photos you display on your web page are far from what we saw when we arrived. Out houst June was very helpfull looked after us very well cooked our breakfasts washed our clothes we had to pay per the kelo that was ok no worries about that but the location and the allay way to the hotel was unreal pathway was full of holes uneven 45 degrees down slope so slippery loose sand and motor bikes all hours of the night going up and down the pathway so unsafe lucky we have no children to worry about. Lots of construction going on in near by homes and the roof of the hotel was being renovated not sure what was going on but plenty of hammering and grinding could not get a decent sleep due to all this happening. As also for stray dogs they were everywhere you went they even come into the hotel to be chased out not over impress with this but again it was happening each day and at night not sure what was on the roof but it sounded like rats or cats not sure what it was in summing up we would not go back to this hotel nor would we give it 5 stars your listings must be from when it first opened our room was nothing like the ones you show. We also had problems with the plumbing works to the toilet getting blocked and we were given a bucket and plunger 🪠 so we could fix it unreal i did not want to say anything iam pretty handy around the home and my employment is maintenance at a very large company in Australia so rather than complaine i just fixed it. just a small view on the sea but we already knew it before to booked in this hotel. So it was ok for us. The price to ride a tricycle is a bit expensive in El Nido.

We had a room with a small balcony and aircon. We had different breakfast every day (continental or other one) and was good for us. The staff is very gently and nice and all of them did all they could to satify us. They booked transportation, tour for us and gave us recommendations for good spots to visit. Thank you to all of them.

The location means you have to get a taxi into town every time, or rent a motorbike. The wifi didn’t work the whole time and sometimes there was no water meaning you could not flush the toilet or shower.

No views and ugly neighborhood. But also they didn't claim to have.

Spacious room with split/silent AirCon. All bathroom facilities working with proper water quality. Location quit 100m uphill walk to street with SariSari and Tricycle stop. Close to McDonald's Las Cabañas Beach. . Hosts son was good playmate for our five year old. Nice breakfast choice freshly prepared on demand.
