Great location and a comfortable, clean room. The bed was especially comfortable. The view out my window was lovely.

The AC wasn’t very effective but it’s also just very hot and humid so I think that’s the case in many places. Welcome to the tropics!

A nearby beach, Unlimited tea and coffe

Clean and good aircon (very unusual in the Philippines). Girls at reception and cleaning are very nice.

Location is not the best, not much around and you need to walk 10/15mins on the road before going to restaurants (not with a great choice in the area). No water refill (and it’s know el nido has pretty bad water). The worse were the guys at breakfast. They were very slow and lazy, the day of check out we pre-ordered breakfast for 07:00 as we had to leave early. When we went downstairs the guys were sleeping in the breakfast area and there were alcohol bottles around with dirty glasses from the day before and breakfast was late. Really disappointed.

Quite, comfortable. Great internet speed, hot shower. I compared prices for follow up stay at el nido, and could see a better deal. Bit of walk to el nido beachwhich i enjoyed, orr cheap enough trike.

The staff was really nice and helpful

The facilities are in bad shape (once no water anymore, broken door lock, toilet..). The breakfast is very basic (which is fine!) but there were small insects in our fried eggs. During our last night I got bitten by bed bugs - very uncomfortable.

Great and pleasant staff, they welcomed us nicely and were attentive to everything we asked for, comfortable beds, a reasonable shower and a good atmosphere.

A little far from the center, the isolation between the rooms is not good, so for those who are sensitive it can be disturbing.

Very friendly good breakfast good location

The staff were incredibly friendly and very helpful with booking scooters and other activities. There is wifi on all levels and a good connection. The room and bathroom were clean and the air conditioning did a good job. However, the shower head should be replaced. Price/performance ratio is definitely good 👍

The rooms need a refresh. loose stalls in the bathroom, drain clogged, air conditioning not working. A little paint here and there would do well.

Walking distance to the beach. Very much recommended. Staff are very accommodating, nice and hard working. Our favorite part is getting our breakfast in the morning.

Breakfast, quiet neighbourhood and ac unit

Inner walls too thin, no privacy. When it rains drops fall onto a metal roof somewhere and it's really noisy

They did not change the linen in the room

The staff was welcoming and professionnal. They helped us for the scooter rental and gave us many information. The location was just perfect. Close to everything, but on a quick alleyway so we slept well. The breakfasts were delicious.

bugs was biting us at night in the bed. wifi had been down for 2 weeks prior to arrival and didn't notify until check in. couldn't get in touch with management and front desk was having issues also getting in contact with management.
