Noisy air conditioning but okay

Nice atmosphere even though it’s along a main road it feels like nature when you’re there. Nice team and breakfast.

We stayed in Room 3. There was no water in the bathroom when we arrived, this was addressed quickly by our host and functioned again that evening. Unfortunately the next morning there was no water again for a shower before we left for the airport. One suggestion to consider installing fly screen on bathroom window - there was no handle to be able close it.

The staff were welcoming and very hospitable. Arranged scooter at the front desk to be able to get around. The food was good we took lunch at the restaurant downstairs. The room was great, comfy beds and very clean, ac, fan all good. We would not hesitate to return again. We had no issue with mosquitoes that some of the other reviews have reported.

Great place just outside the busy centre - 5-7 minutes by scooter making it more tranquil. Clean spacious rooms, great fan and AC, cute decor, comfortable bed and great shower. Staff are very nice and helpful. They also have a chill area at the reception where they also serve breakfast. They also offer motorbike rental and day tours - we booked a tour (Tour A) through the reception and were one of the few couples who had a kayak, towel and transport to and from our accomodation included from beforehand! Almost all other people on the tour had to pay extra for that stuff and had paid the same price or more - so that was definitely a bonus :)

It is very close to the Airport, less than 5 minutes away, still they charged 300 php for a tricycle there. Clearly way overpriced

There wasn't anything in particular I didn't like however the WiFi is not the best in this area or in El Nido in general. I tried working remotely in the evening but had no joy.

The hotel is a great choice if you're looking to stay somewhere quieter as El Nido is pretty lively. Me and my boyfriend stayed in room one and the bedroom was clean and tidy. It has clean running water, good a/c and the staff were friendly.

I saw previous comments complaining about mosquitos. I think thats why they put mosquito coils next to all doors but this causes a super heavy smell which also gets in the rooms. Id rather put a repellant and not sleep with the smell.

Staff was very kind and communication was very easy. We spent only one night and our baby was sick. They called us an ambulance right away and did their best to help us. We didn't have much time to appreciate the hotel but grateful for their help.

Quite a noisy location on the corner of 2 streets. No vegan food :(

The owners were awesome, really accommodating and friendly, also gave us some great recommendations for where to eat. Room was clean. Very cool vibes. Access to hot and cold water. 10 mins from town, 10 mins from Lio beach

If one thing could be improved then the wifi which wasn’t working in our room. And sometimes the communication with the stuff was difficult because of their english.

Perfectly clean, comfortable bed and really good smelling towels and sheets :) The AC was fine and the surrounding was calm. We really enjoyed breakfast and diner there. We rented a motorcycle at the hotel which was also easy to do.

The shower room was not draining properly!

The location is 15 minute tricycle to main town. We havr to spend quite a lot of money for our fair to go to from - which is not the hotels fault at all. But it could be something that they include with their service? Nothing not to like from the hotel!

The rooms are clean the airconditioning is perfect for hot summer day. Comfortable beds. The cafe has a homey vibe. Nice breakfast selection. Great coffee!. Will definitely recommend to other travellers!

That they don't honor senior citizen card in their resto .One of the owner(husband foreigner)reasoned their price was cheap I dont agree on this.it's same pricing with others 300+ - 400+.And also I found dog fleas(8) in our room.

I stayed the first night and soon decided to extend my stay. Everything was wonderful, from the accommodation, staff, owners, comfort and the food of the restaurant. It was the main reason for prolonging my stay in El Nido. Thank you for everything.

Definitely, the best accommodation I've been to in Palawan. Exceeded expectations. Everything very clean, comfortable and organised. Great Staff and very helpful owners. The level of accommodation is well above the Asian standard. I would definitely stay here again, it's a special place. The food from the restaurant accompanies the level of accommodation. Delicious food, very well presented and fresh. Thank you very much.

Perfect place to stay, I only stayed one night as it’s near the airport. But was great, the staff organised transport to the airport and I ate the best buffalo chicken sandwich I’ve ever had!

The staff was quite slow with simple things, like preparing coffee. The location was okay but not ideal having to walk 15 min to the beach in extreme heat wasn’t great and tuktuks charge high prices for short rides One thing that felt uncomfortable was seeing someone (who seemed to be a friend of the owners) not treating his dog very kindly.

The staff was helpful, and the room was clean with a comfortable bed and a nice hot shower, which made the stay pleasant.

I had really bad food poisoning and we were meant to check out that morning but the owner came up with a tray of stuff to help me and said we could stay longer with no charge! I am so grateful! The staff were so lovely. Room was perfect and clean. The breakfast was amazing. Thank you so much!
