We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

SwedenIts an experience staying here. There is a few things that would be all right, like that the florors are broken with towels or mats laying over so you dont cut your feet. The fans are super weak and the mosquito nets are broken. The reason for the low rating is: We stayed in a total of four rooms over five nights. During our stay one toilet broke, two fans broke (one in the middle of the night and one didn’t start) and one shower broke so it was pouring water.. there was suddenly no water, first we got an answer that it should be fixed in 1-2 hours but when we got back like 8 hours later still no water, when we told the staff they just said that the person who could fix it had left and said ”maybe tomorrow”. No service or trying to help the guests. A few hours later, maybe 12 in total, the water came back. The day after the power disappeared in the middle of the night and was gone for a few hours. Would not recommend if they dont fix everything that is broken.
The place has a lot of potential with a great location, a few minutes to beach and to van terminal. Some of the staff are super nice and helpful (while others are not)

AustraliaThe water is just dripping, you need to wash from bucket. Expect to wait like 30mins before the big water bucket fills up. We had no issue with water in our next accommodation Ferellee. Overpriced, they ask for PHP1000 extra if you want AC.
