A large party of guests came on our first night and the layout of the rooms is such that they were outside our door making lots of noise and the round echoes. They left the next day. A storm happened in our last night and it was pretty blustery upstairs !

The location is fabulous - right on the beach and steps away from the sandy bit and restaurants. The staff, Riley, Ann and Marisel went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and ensure we were happy - it is because of them we didn’t leave after 1 night. The upper balcony room had a fabulous view and I would recommend the balcony rooms over the inner rooms.

there is no cable signal of the TV, no remote but when we told then they tried to help is but still there is no cable signal,the airconditioner was very noisy it's good that it was raining so no need for us to complain and we just turn it off,

staff were very accomodating,the location is good..it was windy and raining when we arrive but we enjoyed the sea view on the next day,free breakfast was nice

1. During our stay, may ongoing construction and medyo maingay po sa room namin. 2. Nasira yung lock ng main door. 3. Also, walang outlet sa mga gilid though meron naman pong available na extension. 4. Sa pool area naman po, walang ilaw.

I booked Carol and Jun Beach Cottages on behalf of my sisters & family; at first I was concerned as to the place being factual due to them not replying to my email messages including not answering the telephone. Eventually my sister managed to make contact and spoke to Maricel who was very helpful and apologised for not responding explaining that she was off on the day.

My sisters described. The location is perfect as it is situated right directly along Saud Beach. The Cottages are situated along the rocky part of the coast. So expect to see big waves, and huge rocks. The beachfront is not the typical white sandy beach but the white sand beach can be found just few steps away from here. Here we are allowed to cook and they have lent us utensils together with the uses of the Kubo in front of our accommodation no extra charge. Arriving earlier than the accepted check-in time our booked room was still occupied, knowing we had travelled far we were offered a family room in which to unpack and store our luggage. Most helpful. I can highly recommend this place. Members of staff are friendly, helpful and very accommodating, well versed when it comes to the surrounding areas for information. Great value for money especially if you are on a budget

We arrived with a car in the evening. The location was challenging to find since we drove in alleyways to get to their parking lot but we found it eventually. They only accept Cash and local credit card as payments which is understandable being a small business.

It’s a beachfront property with free daily breakfast. In the evening when we arrived, we can already hear the splashes of waves. The staff who checked us in were very friendly. They also have a restaurant but haven’t tried their lunch and dinner menu; their breakfast tastes delicious though.

Great spot! I really liked it here. I was very lucky to get a beachfront room with a little terrace, on first floor. Very welcoming and helpful staff. Breakfast was very good (included with overnight price). The beach is lovely and perfect for swimming.

It would have been a bonus to have a movie channel on the TV.It would be hard to fault this property , it was budget accommodation the rooms were clean and comfortable with hot water and air conditioning the position and view was incredible we thought we had won the lottery on arrival after previous experience in the Philippines.

The breakfast was yummy,the location was out of this world we are beach lovers and it was on the beach the sunsets every night were amazing. We swam every day the beach was crystal clear with white sand and amazing restaurants all along the beach

Swimming pool under renovation at that time. The water heater in the toilet is too high and the toilet itself could use some updating.

we were not able to plunge in the waters as the waves were so big!

the food servings were more than what we were expecting. the staff were kind enough to keep our excess food to be reheated and reserved the next mealtime. the food are great tasting.

the wash room has some clog and bad smell, it could be nice to check it, for better service.The pool need to maintain the cleanliness so they can use for swimming too.

breakfast is good, but I hope you can add more choices, like pancake or some breakfast meal for kids.

the public facilities needs to be improved. Public shower was dirty and water pressure was very bad, you can’t have a decent shower. The pool was very dirty. This should be maintained as it’s a great selling point for the property.
