You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

PhilippinesI don’t like the security. It’s unsafe because the front desk gives out my name and the room I was staying to an acquaintance. I felt uncomfortable and unsafe because concierge or staff shouldn’t do that to their customers. It’s totally unacceptable and no way possible to give out your name and room number to a total acquaintance because what if the person who ask had bad intentions then it would compromise my safety. I will call Koze and raise this complaint because this is concerning.
The room is clean and tidy. The hot shower is 10/10. I was upgraded to a King Room and the room was very spacious. The working desks are very nice and comfortable too. Will definitely go back!

Australiasheets and doona did not fit the bed so I was cold in the night and we got twisted in the sheets that came loose.
It was booked for location for a 1 night stop over. Very clean and new. On a main road and would hear some louder vehicles pass. No complaints on price.

PhilippinesNo hot water. Their solar hot water heater just never got hot. From a long day outside, not having hot water is just no longer acceptable for a lodging facility at this day and age.
Everything was quite okay. Limited service front desk (second floor). No eating facility. But otherwise all okay. Very accommodating staff.
