We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

The owners were very nice and it is very near the jump-off point of tours, but far enough from the busy, loud streets of town. The room was decent enough for sleep and taking showers.

Czech RepublicThere is a crack in the middle of bathroom where insect is coming from - mainly ants. After first shower some kind of worms came out from the crack in floor- we pointed out this to the staff and they cleaned it and the worms disappeared for 2 days and then returned.
Despite the latest reviews the staff was really nice (sometimes maybe too nice :D ). The room is basic and a/c was working fine. The location is right in the center of el nido, so everything is nearby.

United KingdomThe floor, ceilings and walls all had deep structural cracks in them, it looked like the room had been through an earthquake. in the bathroom this did cause a bit of ant issue. The wifi didn’t work past the door way of the room.
The staff are fantastic, so welcoming, polite and helpful. the location is great and it was nice to have the outside seating space. the room has everything you need but is in need of some repairs.

United KingdomFor one of the nights the neighbours warned us that all the electricity in the room was going to be turned off from 7am for an unknown reason, and it did not turn back on till 2pm. The room, and especially the bathroom, had an unpleasant damp smell for the time we were there. A large hole in the door frame to the bathroom allowed for multiple cockroaches to roam about the floor and become known when we went to the loo. At times the wifi would work in the room, and at other times it would disappear altogether. The bed was comfy and the location is great for easily roaming into El Nido, just a shame about the smell.
Space in the room to unpack two large rucksacks. There was a table to put our items on, too and a seating area for each room outside as well. A small En-suite bathroom, too.
