Staffs were nice and friendly, close to almost everything. This place is perfect for solo backpackers. It is clean, with fresh sheets/towels, toilettes, a desk and tv. A/C is perfectly working. The interior is relaxing and exceptional.

We got stranded due to a typhoon, and without any hassle, Le Choeben provided us with flexible check-in times. Kudos to the staff, especially the receptionist, who was incredibly accommodating and welcoming. I would definitely return here whenever I have the chance to stop by. The rooms are well-equipped, with everything you need for a comfortable stay.

I didnt expect such small toilets and bathrooms. Next room occupancy was loud. I could hear them from my room. A bit of climb up on the 4th floor, would be nice if rhere was budget rooms on the lower floor as well

My home away from home. Great people. Exceptional service. Great location. I can't wait to be back. I found them here at Booking.com and booked them almost at the last minute/the day that I arrived at my first stop (Tacloban from Manila). When I called to check about their suite, they were able to give me all the pertinent details that I needed to know and they were very pleasant to talk to. Because of their assistance, I was able to plan the following day. Their suite is strategically located, it's right across the terminal of one of the van services from Tacloban and a ferry company. I checked in late due to my long travel from Tacloban to Calabayog. I told them that I was still on my way and what time I would be arriving, and they acknowledged and assured me that my room was ready. As soon as I entered, everyone greeted me with a warm welcome. The room I got was what was advertised here. It was spacious for a solo traveler like me, they also provided me with an extra table and chair for me to work on. They take breakfast orders in advance so they may prepare them. They have a 24-hour friendly reception. The following day, I was able to rent their motorcycle service to take me to places. Their staff took me to my father's hometown and showed me around Calbayog, and I was able to easily accustom myself to the place because of it. When I was comfortable going around on my own, despite it not being their responsibility, they made sure to check up on me from time to time. They even tagged me along when they went out for their suite's anniversary. After staying there one night, I was happy that I stayed for two more nights. For a long-time traveler (mostly on business and then pleasure) and a former general manager in the hotel industry, you really went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you for being part of my long-overdue trip to my father's hometown. You made it even more memorable. Great job and God bless everyone.

This hotel was an extremely pleasant surprise for us. It was beautifully clean and presented,the room was a good size and the TV came with Netflix, YouTube and Amazon so we enjoyed watching lots of movies and music. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful and the integral cafe was perfect for breakfast and coffee. We will definitely staff here in future.
