There were really loud teens on the property until late at night so I had to go to sleep using headphones, and surprisingly the noise was not gone when I woke up at 8am. I'm no party killer but it was pure screaming not even loud music or singing. No toiletries and the flushing does not work properly.

The place was very clean and the receptionist was helpful.

I'm actually someone who rarely has something to complain about, but a warm shower would be good and a boiler in every room because I bring a kettle from home. It would also be good if the resort had a small store and perhaps a larger selection of food and dishes. But as I said, there is a self-catering kitchen.

the resort is very close to the beach with very good water. There is a self-catering kitchen and a little way down the road a small "restaurant", if you can call it that. The pool is also very nice but unfortunately the shower only has cold water. Otherwise the rooms are very nice whether you have a standard room or a family room but the highlight are the little houses outside and the location on the beach. I think it is 100 times better in summer than during the rainy season in winter 🙃 unfortunately we only had one sunny day out of 9 days and otherwise a lot of rain which didn't bother my wife and me. And if you are there without a car and have a driving license you can borrow a scooter from the owner or ask your uncle who will take you wherever you want to go.

Apart from the location it is pet friendly. It has a large kitchen too. Very comfy room.

No hot water and toiletries rack or holder. No food available yet at the property and nearest decent eating place is about 20 minutes away.

Shoutout to Ms. Ria at the reception. She was very helpful and courteous. She attended to our needs with great speed. She is an asset to this place. The facilities are clean and decent.

Booked a room with a balcony, but the room had no balcony. Be aware that there is no food available (you can use the kitchen though). It takes a few minutes by scooter till the next restaurant. Water pressure in the shower could be better and the sink was clogged.

The room was clean, easy check-in, wifi in the room was nice. I liked the location, away from everything. Be aware that the location on booking.com is wrong (the one on google maps is correct: directly at the pebble beach... as the name suggests... and not along the highway). It was always quiet. You do need your own transport (there is no bus): they rent motorbikes for cheap so it is easy to get around. Pagudpud is a beautiful area...

Nothing the resort could not improve on.

The resort accommodation was clean and tidy during our stay. However, the weather was sadly unfavourable and we could not go down the seaside or enjoy the pool. There were no restaurants or shops open. It's probably because it was off season and apparently Ilocos was washed out early 2023 because of typhoons. It is suggested that you bring food to cook as market is not nearby. The staff were very kind to offer food and cooking typical the f Filipino culture.

Bathroom no hot water, no mirror in the room or. Bathroom, broken air conditioner, no area rugs or rugs to clean or dry areas especially in the bathrooms

For the price of the Hut with no hot and cold shower, no tables, no basic toiletries(you need to buy at the front desk), no free water, no breakfast, the smell of the toilet(mold like smell) is not worth it. A big no. We got no choice because i immediately booked it online few minutes before we went to the property. My wife who has allergic rhinitis wasnt able to sleep peacefully so we ended up checking out 7am just to hurry back home and get some rest. Also, the dogs at the hotel lobby is not okay. They smell really bad.

Big pool, location is quiet and just right across the beach. My daughter and i spent about an hour or so just swimming. Good thing my daughter loved the pool.

The rudeness of the owner is unacceptable, and giving our room to somebody else, which is already fully paid, is totally disrespectful and uneducated, not knowledgeable doing business on how to treat customer properly. It's fully paid, and it's not partially paid.

This place is desolate. If you do not have transport don't come here! They do not serve any lunch or dinner. You have to travel to eat. Breakfast must be ordered the day before. The swimming pool is not cleaned daily and the water was not clear. The room had no toilet paper, no toiletries and no drinking water was provided There was a large mirrored cupboard that was locked. When I asked for it to be opened it was full of junk. It was then locked again so I could not use it. No kettle, no fridge, no safe. No Powerpoints near the bed. There was a chest height window in the shower room with no curtain. This looked onto the a kitchen area.

The receptionist was very helpful which was good as she seemed to be the only member of staff on site.

a. Pool not clean and too small. b. Beach is a bit far from the rooms. c. No cottages to stay on the beach side d. Beach front area are not child friendly and unsafe; It a ship yard area e. Rooms from main building are not presentable where excess/spare things stored openly inside.
