It was raining very hard. We didn't get to check the whole property due to strong winds. The caretaker said it has been like that since Nov. Better if the property will note that in the description. We were looking forward to beautiful sunrise since we weren't able to see the sunset.

We had a comfortable stay in the rooms. The breakfast is great.

Just the ac is not cooling well enough

The view from the resort is just stunning & you can really connect with your family & nature. Although the resort is a bit old & needs an upgrade it didn’t disappoint us as my family really enjoyed their stay and unlike any other resort you can do things freely here like sing, dance etc with not much of restrictions from the management. They let us enjoyed our stay!

Though there was internet however the signal is not strong from our room (it is on and off from our end). Hopefully the place can soon consider to deliver food orders at the room. There were just many big ants outside and inside the room

There were quite a few insects though this is really understandable as the resort is located in a mountainous and forested area. The rubber door guards provided ample protection from the insects though these can quickly go inside the room once the door is opened. Swinging screen doors or a small anteroom might provide additional protection from insects.

One of the things that we liked was the feeling that we were safe in the resort. The guards and the utility personnel were visible. It was also easy to find members of the staff when you need something like help on adjusting the temperature of the air conditioner to which the utility person provided an explanation why the remote was not functioning properly and what the workaround was. When there was a loss of power, a utility personnel also went to our room to ensure that the air conditioning switch was off as their emergency generator could not handle the load of air conditioners. The staff at the restaurant and cafe were also courteous and helpful despite the fact that they were really quite busy as there were a lot of walk-in diners over the long weekend.

Wifi in our room is weak. You need to go to the window to get the network. No signal (Globe)😅. The weather here is unpredictable, sunny, windy, rainy you name it😅. You will forget about the city life because you don't have signal which is not a bad thing for me.

I love tha place. Quiet, cozy and so clean. If you need a place to relax this is the place. The weather is like baguio but just near manila and no traffic.

the bathrooms need to be improved— there was no water heater (it was so cold!), no shower curtains, no toiletry rack. wifi in the room was intermittent.

love the place, very charming! the facade and lobby looks like a ski lodge. cool weather, nice views, friendly & helpful staff (always smiling). Stayed in A-Frame cabin and it was so cozy! Each room has purified water available & a kettle.
