WiFi was really slow and sometimes gave up. Wall sockets for electricity was worn down and fiddly. The hotel does not process card payments with a regular card terminal, you have to give them your CVC and the way it is processed led my bank to block the transactions. My wife's card did work. I had no issues anywhere else in the Philippines with payments, cash withdrawal, and internet payments.

We booked a 7 person room with a combined kitchen area and bedroom. The bedroom had 5 beds, the remaining two was considerably narrower sofa beds in the kitchen area. The real star of the hotel is the long lap pool, anf all the areas to hang out around it. Much attention has gone into colorful garden decorations, and the whole place is really cosy. Plus with the "superior" room with up to 7 beds (of which 5 wide real beds and 2 rather narrow sofas) if you need to fit a lot of people on a budget this a good option. Walking distance to the boats to White Island sandbar is a great plus as well.

The toilet sometimes doesn't flush all the waste so you have to get a bucket and flush it manually after. The room losses coolness once you turn on the bathroom light/fan.

Privacy, comfort and location and great customer service. Cabana room is by itself with door entrance from outside. The bed is comfortable to sleep. Location works for us perfectly since it's close to everything specially to the ferry port. We had issue with small ants in the bed on the first room given to us but when we told them about the issue they immediately moved us to a different cabana.

Suggestions moving forward. It would be nice to have an area where we can access and use an electric kettle for a quick coffee in the morning. We were not made aware on our check in that there is a thermos for some pay that we can use so we ended up asking the neigjbor store outside to make us some coffee to start our early morn before we went on our trips on the island that starts early. Staff needs to let the guests know when they check in as to what they have as far as available services that the resort can offer or do to make the stay more convenient. Overall, it was great!

I like the cabana style with that vibrant colors. The location is nice and quiet but accessible. Staff are helpful. The oitdoor vibe i super like with all the flowers and greeneries.

The design is creative, colourful and uses the space well to create a nice atmosphere. The cabanas are cosy and comfortable. The staff were all accessible and friendly when approaching them, happy to help or share information. The location is good, a short distance from shops and restaurants. It's a few minutes' walk to the main road, meaning it's both peaceful and accessible. The accommodation is relatively simple but for such a good price they have made it quirky and the grounds as a whole make it a more unique experience.

The curtain doesn’t cover the whole window and there was a lamp outside our room which was on at night so our room was very light at night and it got very bright early in the morning. There are a lot of chickens which you can hear very loudly from the room even with the AC on. They kept us awake at night and also woke us up very early in the morning. You definitely need an eye mask and ear plugs! We were unable to lock our door and always had to ask a staff member to help us. The transport options the accommodation offered were more expensive than elsewhere on the island.

Nice room with good AC, Wi-Fi and hot water shower. Free water refill available on request. It is a short walk to the main road.

Wifi was inconsistent.

The perfect stay in camiguin. The huts were nice with everything we needed. It is well located, walkable to some nice restaurants, and to get to boats for white island. They organised an island tour for us which was great and the staff were helpful and friendly. Free water refill was available on request.
