Thought it was adults only but there were children staying and they were a bit noisy. Also people smoking by the pool was a problem as they didn't care about non smokers.

Nice resort, but a little pricey for the season. Could do with a change to breakfast menu but otherwise staff were great.

The only thing I didn’t like is leaving the key with the front desk. It kind of feels weird but the staff being amazing did help.

I enjoyed the privacy and the lack of crowded areas. It was great to have breakfast included and have a great selection. The staff were on top of everything and were very personalized. I highly recommend it.

Such a beautiful resort right on the beach - a truly lovely setting. You could take a walk down the beach to enjoy the sunset from one of the bars or take a tricycle into El Nido (100php) for a more lively experience. The best thing however about this resort is the staff. They are so welcoming and attentive and willing to help wherever they can - an absolutely awesome service

This was the highlight of our stay in the Phillipines - the staff were so lovely and accomodating, the location was perfect (close enough to El Nido town, but far enough to escape the hustle and bustle), the view from the pool and restaurant was amazing and the rooms were exceptionally tidy. We ended up having a parasite on our last day at the resort and the reception staff were so helpful in arranging us transport to a nearby medical centre and assisting us during the checkout process when we weren’t feeling well. Could not recommend this place enough!

We would recommend booking tours directly through agencies in El Nido town rather than via the hotel. We joined Tours A, B, and C through a third-party agency arranged by the hotel, but the experience didn't fully meet our expectations. Also, if you decide to book through the hotel, be sure to request *receipts* for both the *tour payment* and the *environmental fees*. You may need the environmental fees receipt if you plan to book additional tours elsewhere and want to avoid paying the fees again. The beach in front of the hotel is not ideal for sunbathing but the swimming pool is very nice - also for the sunset.

We booked a beachfront room and were very happy with both the size and the comfort. Super quiet as well with bed and pillows very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. A special shout-out to *Kay and Diana* from the bar and restaurant—they were exceptionally warm and engaging, always making sure we felt welcome and relaxed. Their kindness truly enhanced our experience. Getting to El Nido town is easy: it's less than a 10-minute tricycle ride, costing *100 PHP*. Tricycle drivers are conveniently located just a few meters from the hotel and are readily available. I also enjoyed an in-room massage and was very satisfied with the quality of the service. The hotel offers a shuttle service to and from the airport for *1,000 PHP* (cash only), which is efficient and convenient. The hotel accepts only cash payments or they may charge you for extra expenses at the end of the journey through a payment link which is very easy to use.

There honestly wasn’t anything I disliked or can complain about.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Location is in a quiet area and only 25 min walk to town or 100 peso tricycle. Room was super clean and spacious. Hotel overall was so pretty and had a nice pool. Breakfast was included and had good options and was yummy. WiFi worked well both inside and outside the room.

There was nothing we didn't like.

We enjoyed the daily inclusive breakfast, there were several choices. The location of the pool so close to the beach enabled you to have both swimming options from your beach lounge. The property was well maintained, peaceful, and the staff were excellent. Not an extensive lunch/dinner menu; however, there were other dining options along the beachfront that we could go to.

Nothing it was perfect

We were greeted at reception with a fresh drink and escorted quickly to our villa which was 10 metres walk to the pool and the beach. The villa seemed quite authentically Filipino but well equipped with a great shower fridge, comfortable large bed and air conditioning. The views from the restaurant straight out over onto the beach and across the Bay make for a great sunset viewing spot. There are plenty of other restaurants and bars a short walk away along the beach to add some variety of places you can eat. The staff here could not have been more helpful and were always very friendly and dealt with any queries that we had in relation to other bookings for tours etc. This place is truly a little slice of paradise and I would highly recommend

We had the most amazing stay - I wish we were in El Nido for longer just so we could have more time at this accomodation! The resort was perfect for what we were after, beautiful pool with great food and drink options from the in house restaurant. The included breakfast was beautiful, and all of the staff were amazing and went the extra mile to ensure we could utalize every part of our booking. The pool looked right out onto the beach and all the best bars & restaurants in town were right next door. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was a very generous size. The resort is extremely peaceful and relaxing. We will definitely be staying again next time we are in El Nido!
