Water pressure, friendly staff, and have a very good spot on el nido.

Not that much.

The staff were very kind and offered us an umbrella during a crazy down pour and were very helpful with questions. There was a nice spot on the roof to hang out too.

Great for the price - as a solo traveler, the double room was perfect when I needed some time to recover after the Coron - El Nido tour. Christina the host was also very kind and welcoming.

The place was very dirty need a totally renovation and updates don’t trust the photos it’s not updated

Location was central and close to everything

This place is really run down, needs a lot of work. Aircon was more like a fan and was not cooling and hell was it noisy. Shower heads blocked and water comes down scarcely. Breakfast was below average . The pictures on the website may have been taken 20years ago as it does not truly reflect the hostel now. Definitely not going back there.

The hostel is in a great position. I had a private room, it was small but clean, and had good lighting. The lady at the reception is very nice.

The A/C made a really loud noise. It was hard to sleep at night because of it. The hostel had no coffee for breakfast, just hot water with nescafè. While walking up to the rooftop you could see a lot of birds excrements on the indoor stairs, which was disgusting.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. We had to check out early since we'll be leaving for PPS after our island tour. She offered to let us leave our luggage and even let us use their bathroom after the tour (which ended way beyond the check-out time). The room was also clean and comfortable enough for me and my aunt.

Clean area right in the center my room on the ground floor without windows was medium.

It is well located in the center of the village. The employees were very kind and helpful. The pancakes in the breakfast were so good.

The room was very small. The building doesn't seem to be finished, so while you go up to the rooftop to have breakfast the things seem that are falling apart.

Staff was nice, building is quiet. Breakfast was okay.

The aircon was broken in our room, they couldn't find any technician to fix it so they gave us a fan that was very loud. They afforded light compensation for the inconvenience (worth 3 or 4 euros). The only window in the room leads to the corridor so that didn't help with the temperature. Sheets had a bad smell (humidity ?). A few ants in the room.

Great location - close to the port and all the main restaurants, bars, activities etc Wonderful staff - very helpful with recommendations and will book the tours for you. They will also refill your water bottles with filtered water so you don’t have to keep buying water.

Basic/dated property - The building is quite simple and it is not very modern. It’s very much just a place to sleep not really somewhere you can feel comfortable and relax. The window in the room opens up to the internal corridor not outside so you have to keep the curtains closed if you want privacy.

The staff was very helpful, and we could book different activities and transportation with them. The location is ideal, and they offer complimentary breakfast (which was really good).

Great location, close to the waterfront. Great view from the breakfast terrace. Helpful staff who arranged day trips for our family. Thank you!
