The location is good, the room is spacious and clean and the facilities are adequate, ac works fine. What is special about this accommodation is the caretaker Rankin who is extremely welcoming and accommodating. He gave us advice about the beaches, restaurants and fishing spots. He introduced us to some of his friends and all of us spent an amazing evening hanging out. Due to all of this, this was one of the more memorable experience in the Philippines.

We spent 5 days in this peaceful place. The hosts were exceptionally kind and welcoming—they gave us great advice and assistance with everything, from renting a bike to the best snorkeling spots, dining recommendations, and more. The breakfasts were delicious, and laundry service was available for a small extra fee. The room had both a fan and air conditioning. The beautiful Nacpan Beach is just a 5-minute walk away, and there are several shops near the house. We were completely satisfied with our stay and hope to return one day!

Unfortunately, the shower had no hot water during our stay

This is fabulous, lovely, peaceful place to stay. Hosts hospitality was amazing and we got really a help when we needed it. We are really grateful for your kindness. Great place to stay at Napcan beach and Twin beach. Beach is hudge and really not many people there. Food in the fishermen's huts definitely worth recommendation & in good price. Really easy to get to the airport or El Nido. If you are in this area do not miss this place. Lazy Juan will be your home away from home. Highly recommended. We hope to be back one day.

Everything......I found myself looking for a place to spend a few days near Nacpan Beach and I found myself at "home". It's hard to explain, it's not a star hotel but, I loved it and continue to love it. A few minutes walk from Napcan and Twin Beach here you will find three special guys who will fill you with good advice and give you part of their relaxation. An addition, if you have the chance, try their typical Filipino dinner....mouth-watering.

Super warm welcome by the 2 guys managing the places. We were given plenty of information and brought to our room. The room is simple.

Maybe the separate bathroom (although private, per room) should be mentioned in the description.

The location is nice. Budget friendly. Joey was very accommodating and attend to our needs whenever we need something. We can use the open kitchen and other stuffs available to the property. There’s a pharmacy and mini grocery store right beside the place. It’s a nice homestay like accommodation in Nacpan area. Beach is literally a short walking distance.

The area itself retire a bit early at night time.

a few minutes walk to Nacpan beach. Joey, the owner was very accomodating and helpful, he even helped us buy some fish. We end up cooking most of our meals since there's no restaurant nearby. You can buy inexpensive but fresh fish and veggies from the roadside stores which is only a few minutes walk

Water was yellowish in color and since we were staying on the second floor, we sometimes run out of water and wait for it to be pumped

Super friendly host Quiet place, but still super close to one of the best beaches in this area, and if you want to party you still can do it, just walk 10 min to Crazy Monkey Party Hostel and join the group
