Cleaning not good enough. When we arrived. *Throw pillows didn’t change was smell bad and dirty(I have pictures if needed) *Bathroom have molds ceiling and walls,,they can clean much better. (I have pictures,if needed) *during Rainy days one of our Room had leakage from the ceiling,I don’t know if it is from Ac or Rain..they fixed it but came back again *The door of bathroom was not good I asked to fix And Bad smell coming out from Comfort room/Bathroom. *During Rainy days one of the elevator was out of order, We need to used stairs but the stairs is wet because of leakage.

Bed sheet had some dust on it.. Small standard room and walls was too thin. I can hear kids or people walking around or talking from the hallway. Standard room was really.. Like I'm better off staying else with a bit more price. Or just stay in maybe the room with the view of a construction island. 🫥

Good breakfast! That's what's worth the money. Lots of movies in the tv and very cool temperature room.

There is zero communication between the Food outlets and the front desk, despite leaving my credit card for charging things like room service. It was always a hassle because they had to call each time ti confirm I left a credit card. And the check out is terrible, making you wait so they can check the room was quite ridiculous. If a person has left their card you don't need them there to charge if there are damages.

The rooms were nice, clean, very good technology in the rooms. Nice views, and the infinity pool was great.

1- The water in private pool attached to the room was a bit slimy and gave my fiancee a rash after 10 minutes of lounging in it. 2- The shower handle fell off after using it for a few days.

Amount of elevators wasn't accommodating. The towels were old, stained, and torn. The toilet paper disintegrated when you touched then. The pool was dirty.

Comfy room, but it had an odor that wouldn't go away. The pool was nice but dirty. The breakfast buffet didn't have a wide range of selections and the food was cold.

According to the photos we were looking forward to an exclusive hotel, maybe that's why the reality afterwards was disappointing. Later we were told by our business partners that it was more kind of an Asian type hotel and they would not recommend this one to anyone from Europe... The rooms were clean, unfortunately it was just surface cleanliness - mould was visible on the walls (even on the pictures/painting), dirty curtains, the chip lock was not working properly in one room, the balcony could not be locked in the other room. In addition, there is new construction going on right behind the hotel, the sea is drying up due to the expansion of the construction areas, so the back outdoor part of the hotel was closed, the beach was inaccessible (no walks), plus the workers were working all night, so we woke up repeatedly.

The staff was very friendly and smiley, the front desk was helpful with extending the check out time (14:00), and the breakfast was rich and tasty. The rooftop pool is beautiful and big enough for a fitness swim, although there was no shower or changing facilities.
