Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

PhilippinesWe really appreciated the accessible location and found the room to be comfortable and affordable. However, we did notice a few things that could be improved. When we arrived, the room felt quite damp and had a noticeable smell coming from the bathroom. The floors also didn’t seem thoroughly cleaned. Just wanted to share this feedback in case it helps improve future stays.
Thank you for the stay. While we didn’t spend much time at the hotel, we appreciated that it was comfortable, affordable, and in a very accessible location.

upon check in,staff only told me which room to go.I am aware that my booking is with breakfast and normally, front desk personnel would inform us the do's and don'ts and if breakfast was availed, the type and the time of breakfast, I was not told any.The following morning, when i asked the person in the cafe, she was not aware that I existed and i was not on the list for breakfast, good thing that she is so polite to ask which breakfast I want and to just wait for a couple of minutes for it to be cooked. For coffee, they will ask you to bring your mug (the one in your room) such an inconvenience.

PhilippinesMy experience is so bad, the moment I arrive they tell me that my booking was not on their list and moments after they told me that it appears late on their system. I was so frustrated because I expect to rest during that time after my long hours travel. They also told me that all their rooms are fully booked and I don’t have the option but to be refunded. But what if I am someone who is not familiar Surigao City? What if it is Raining? They didn’t do something and offered another option and make do extra effort. This is experience is worst and the receptionist even told me that good thing I was not mad because other customers from their past really yelled, so this scenario is keep on happening over then and they did not do something to correct it. Hopefully it will be inspected by BIR and government agencies that is in line with hospitality industry.
