Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. When I left behind one of my belongings, they shipped it out to me very quickly. The room itself was also in great condition.

NetherlandsHard to find with the taxi becouse name is wrong, should be Lorenzo Suite Hotel. Room not clean cum stains on the flor and in the mirror, badroom was fairly clean. There is no elevator to go to the fourth floor. Price to expensive for the neighbourhood. Sogo or Reddorz are much sheeper and cleaner.

United Arab Emirateshad a very disappointing stay at this hotel. The building is old, and there’s no elevator, so I had to carry my bag to the second floor myself, with no assistance from the staff. The room was far from clean, with towels and blankets that looked worn out and stained. To make matters worse, the windows were broken, and I couldn’t even lock them, which made me feel unsafe. I checked in at 8 PM but left before midnight because I didn’t feel comfortable or secure in the room. Definitely not a place I would recommend!

PhilippinesOnly one big comfy pillow per bed, I wish there are two pillows each 😁, I wish they add toothpaste and toothbrush and disposable slippers, anyways I still rate this excellent since it's affordable and comfortable, I'm satisfied
The bed is comfy, the floor is so clean, it doesn't stain my feet when I walk barefooted, hot shower, the staff and manong guard is so accommodating.
