Dirty room Dirty and broken Sheets Ants everywhere in my luggage and my clothes I woke up with dots on my skin and under the eyes (animals of the bed) Please don't go there for your health

Dirty, no toilet paper, toilet cant flush, cockroach in the room, broken shower, ceiling fan very loud, linen is dirty

The location was good. A bit noisy with the moto bikes passing all day. But quite at night.

There was a street dog that lived outside our room door and smelt bad.

the staff is approachable and attend all my needs. and the hotel is enough for value for money. the location is Good near all store.

the Fan Room is not recommended because even though at night it's still hot. cannot sleep very well. i something experience low pressure of water more ventilation my recommend.

Staff were rude and unfriendly. Room and ensuite wasn't cleaned and saw multiple cockroaches and ants. Few power sockets didn't work, had a pedestal fan but that did nothing, was cooler outside than in

The location was around a 10 minute walk from the main strip but around 30 mins from Any swimable beach.

There was bugs everywhere in our room and bathroom, they got into our unopened food. after booking a double bed they gave us two single beds because “our room wasn’t available” they offered us nothing for the inconvenience and were unhelpful when we asked them basic questions

The pictures did not really match the reality. The room was small and the surroundings were very noisy and a bit unpleasant. I ended up not staying the night, unfortunately :(

The location is very good because you have market, restaurants, atm and the tours companies very close

The room was very small but fair as you pay. The mosquito protector on the window was broken. They didn’t provide us toilet paiper.

Lack of staff. We stayed for 5 days, but they were unable to clean our room. We just asked for a fresh bedsheet and pillow cases, a broom and a mop and we were the ones who clean our room. The wifi was so poor. No way we can hang our wet clothes, the staff just told us to go up stairs and hang it on the balcony. The linens have stains and the bathroom was not that clean, the sink was broken.
