This place was totally let down by water issues cold showers every day did not have the position of the lever or time of day. For this price point it was a real let down. Twice no water at all. Great place but walked away disappointed. Ray

No hot water until 30 minutes before we booked out. Water issues over several days. Half way through the shower ring reception to get restored. Really enjoyed this place and the staff was super helpful. Great views

Everything was good…..but WiFi voucher which only lasted two hours was a bit strange.

Lovely location and extra friendly and helpful staff…..very clean and our room was amazing with comfortable bed, excellent bathroom and shower and amazing views of the ocean. Our room had a beautiful terrace too…..perfect for a coffee or beer and enjoying the view

No carpark, you have to walk uphill to get to the property of around 300 meters or so.

We love the space and the pool. Very neat and comfortable sleep. It deserves the high rating feedback.

Not friendly for people who have foot injuries since some parts of the hotel aren't connected by an elevator, which killed my foot due to my injury.

Right in front of the snorkeling and diving location. Also, their food is fantastic. You don't really need to eat out in Mindoro. I think you can just order food from them.

Its situated high up on the mountain. 50 steps to arrive reception then elevator.to room. If you healthy its good exercise . They help you with baggage. If problem with lungs och heart ity can be problem.

Probably the same as the last thousand reviews the (steps)leading up to the hotel but when you’re eating all that amazing food you need a little workout so good and bad .

We booked 2 rooms with a kitchenette, in 1 room tye gas range was not working, in the other there was no gas range at all. We brought food from home as we have small kids and dietary restrictions. Initially they agreed to let us have it in their restaurant with corkage charges which we agreed to. After bringing our food they asked us to eat un our rooms since it's not allowed as per their rules. We needed the food to be heated since the gas range wasn't working but they didn't help. The gas range was only fixed next day which was too late for us. In 1 room the pipe broke in CR and there was water everywhere. They took an hour or so to fix it and didn't provide another room since it was fully booked. They should have taken care of these things ahead of our arrival.

Nothing really - the hotel exceeded my expectations. Nice room with really fab/inexpensive restaurant food.

I loved this hotel. The room (suite with balcony) was excellent. Lovely staff. 2 small but adequate outdoor pools. Fantastic food which is excellent value-for-money. Very handy location for Sabang. Nice view of the bay area.

Their is a lot of stairs to get there... Could be difficult if you have some health issues For the others it's a good way for staying in shape

I spend a long time there (3 weeks), and it was a really great experience The room was great with beautiful view of the sea The swimming pool always clean The staff was incredible👍, always nice and responding very quickly for any kind of demands I recommend strongly if you plan going to Puerto

Absolutely outstanding staff and owner. Talkative and friendly. The hotel standard are absolutely in top - food also and furthermore hot on arrival - that’s not normal many places.
