The beach areas and the surrounding are full of debris, rooms needed a lot of upgrades and proper maintenance. Bathroom cabinets are falling off, filthy, have insect infestation, rooms have smelly food odors. Only one key is given to guests so its so inconvenient.

The beach has many trash. Room door not functioning well. TV not working well. Should improve on the food. Should have chair on the beach where guest can sit in and relax

I love the location. Beach front and there’s a swimming pool too. Far from noisy neighborhood. Breakfast is good. Bed was comfy. Good for family travel and for those who are looking for a quiet place.

We had trouble getting the TV to work in the room. Also the hotel shut down their restaurant on very short notice due to a banquet they were hosting and it left us having to scramble to get dinner for our family.

Room description is misleading. We booked for a room with a seaview but there it is just pool view or garden view available. Staff said the sea view rooms are only for family rooms. Other rooms are just near the beach.

They save too much energy wherein the air-con is too slow to make the room cold especially in daylight. Free breakfast is okay, no special. I don’t really recommend this place for beach swimming because me and my partner ran into a jelly fish. Even though there’s a warning on the signage, the water is not clear for you to see the jelly fish. Lol. This can be a staycation but not truly enjoy the beach itself.

Staff wasn't too accommodating too some request. Requested for a late check out and the staff said it was possible but I should pay for 500PHP per hour. This is considering we have check in late when we arrived.

Having just one key. And restaurant closing early, bur I can understand a lot of mosquito @ night,but they povided a bug zapper.

Shower area-roof was leaking all over. It's raining hard the time we where there, the same inside the shower area. It's like taking a shower in the rain. Refrigerator had a bad odor, found spoiled food. No toiletries except toilet paper, shower gel and shampoo.

Easy to find location. Short walk to the beach. Breakfast is the usual Pinoy menu. Shower area with open space and fresh plant but roof was leaking.

It is too pricey for the facilities available. It has no toothbrushes, the pillows are not comfortable.
