Pool is a but small and in front of the restaurant so it gets a little awkward when going for a swim.

While the wifi is good at the hotel lobby and the convention center, wifi in the room was basically non-existent. We were connected, but we can not browse anything at all. It seems like our room was in a dead spot for their routers.

They never informed us in advance or upon booking that the pool was out of order. We were excited to spend time in the pool that day but were disappointed.

I stayed on the second floor, and I really hope the hotel considers relocating the restaurant that’s directly below the guest rooms. The noise from the restaurant travels up and makes it difficult to get a restful sleep. Since the hotel has three other restaurants, it would be great if they move that one elsewhere to provide a quieter environment for guests. Also, during my second night, they did a pest control treatment around midnight. While I appreciate the effort to maintain cleanliness, the timing could have been better. The vacuum or machine they used was quite loud and disrupted sleep. Lastly, the pool area could use a bit of improvement to match the quality of the rest of the hotel.

Check-in was smooth and fast, and I appreciated the welcome drink upon arrival, such a nice touch! The location is also a big plus: it's very close to the airport, with convenience stores and a few nice cafés nearby, which made things super convenient. I also liked that the hotel has an ATM and a vending machine on-site so it was really helpful when you need something quickly. The room was comfortable, especially the pillows they were just right. The bathroom was clean with a standard hot and cold shower setup, which worked well. Air conditioning was great too; it kept the room cool during the day. Breakfast buffet was surprisingly good even though there weren’t too many options, the food tasted fresh and satisfying. Overall, a pleasant stay!

Little cockroaches coming out of the bathroom sink, and the very strong residual smell of maybe past smoking in the room. Coudn’t sleep first 2 nights and i had to cover my face with blanket the whole night. If it would help future guests, it would help to run water in the sink first and turn on aircon a few minutes before they’re brought inside the room.

The air conditioning unit in our room would regularly switch on and off by itself for no reason. The hallways and lifts were also not air conditioned, which meant reaching your room would be a short but warm trip.

The staff were very hospitable and responsive to our requests at any given hour.
