Location is quite far from the center, but can ride ebikes easily just a few steps away from terminal, but still OK. I booked a family room with Kitchen and based on description we can cook and can use the kitchen facility, unfortunately when we arrived, the kitchen items were transferred outside and need to pay for P1k per day which is too pricy I think. Considering we booked the room where kitchen is included in the facility which is higher than the family room without kitchen. Too pricy for kichen stove rent of P1k per day even kitchen is part of our room booking. Also, reheating is also expensive P300 just to reheat the food which we also bought from the hotel from our dinner.

The size of room is superb, AC is working well, rooms are properly maintained and equipped. Quiet at night, our hotel is just right in front of the beach and just walking distance from jetty port. The staff is so kind. Very family friendly location, we enjoyed a lot specially the kids. Beach is not too crowded with other tourist, very good for relaxation.

Amazing stay! The owners were so nice. There were no noise and the location is great if you don’t want to stay in the city centre (which you don’t). The beach in front was lovely and clean. Even though it was next to the harbour you didn’t really notice. It was so clean and a big room. Best hidden gem in Borecay.

It's far from the main attraction like Dmall, station 1 to 3 and stores of souvenirs but it's easy to commute when you get used to the place. You can just ride a trike for 25 pesos each per person. The heater sometimes doesn't work within our 4 days stay but it's fine since most of the time it's working. My brother expected a bathtub but we didn't see one baka sa ibang room.

It's clean and very aesthetic. The aircon is excellent too.

Our only problem was that the room was advertised with a sea view as well as a balcony. The balcony part is simply untrue, as the room opens out to the reception area. From there you can indeed see the ocean, but that’s not really what a sea view means.. They have a lovely terrace directly looking onto the beach, though, which was lovely! Everything was quiet and peaceful, and we enjoyed our time a lot there. Just be a bit more honest with how you advertise your rooms to make it a five star experience

We had a great time staying here; it was very quiet, clean and comfortable. The Aircon worked fine, there was hot water in the shower when needed, and the staff was extremely helpful with everything. WiFi works fine as well! You could eat breakfast there, which was very tasty, and preorder dinner, which was nice considering the there aren’t that many restaurants around. They collected us from the port for 200, which was pleasant on an E tricycle! There is a stop just a few meters away for the hop on hop off bus, so transport to other parts of the island isn’t a problem!

Very nice accomodation, super nice beach. Not so nice regarding the surrounding area: Neighbour's 7 dogs barking day and night sometimes for hours plus pooping on the beach. No near restaurant or bar prevalent after 6 p.m., but local food stalls.

The floor was a little bit sticky. I wish there was a some kind of mat that would gather the sands from our slippers/sandals so that it won't get inside the room and spread everywhere.

Loved that there was 2 bathrooms and the common area looks cozy. The room was big enough for 6 people.

The only down side is that you have to commute to the famous beaches in the island.

Budget friendly beach front property! If you don't want to hear the bar scene on the other side of the island this is the place. I would recommend this to my friends.

4 double beds! Even the bunk beds are like almost double bed size. We stayed in the family room. The caretaker was great, she was friendly and so helpful! It’s right in front of the beach so u wake up to a beautiful view everyday ! But of course always check the weather forecast before you book ! It’s like a 10-15 e-trike ride every time we went to the central area (like D’mall or station 2).

Cool onshore breeze/wind, no mosquitoes! Snacks and beer in the fridge…. Hot and cold water in a machine. Right on the beach- can swim with just a 30 sec walk.

Very windy in January on this side of the island but its not the property but the location, no restaurants nearby so we had to take a bus and eat on White beach
