There’s no TV in rooms, we had a hard time with the wifi connection as we have to always sit near the comfort room just to have connection. Our first night was quite noisy as there are people near the hostel having karaoke.

It has a good location, nice pool, and clean room. The staff’s was also nice, specially kuya guard who greet’s us eveytime we enter the hotel. I super love the view on the rooftop pool. All and all our stay was great. Will surely be back and stay there again.

Location is a bit in between things but convenient if you need to be near bus station or similar pre or post tour. The shared bathroom was not always very clean. In fact on several occasions the toilet was so dirty it was not possible to use. No curtains on the beds ( weird for a brand new hostel) . Reception was a bit chaotic at check in and check out and seemed staff weren’t totally used to the job. They advertise breakfast from 7 but 7:30 it was still not possible to get any -either for free ( as they had advertised) or to buy. This is not great when people are travelling and have flights/busses/tours to go on in the morning. Then just don’t have it if you can’t live up to it. Wi-Fi only worked on top floor. It’s a shame but too many essential things just don’t work.

The hostel has potential but unfortunately gets a lot of little details wrong that makes it not a great experience. For one night it’s ok though. The room is comfortable as are the beds and there’s enough space for luggage etc. The common area is also nice with views of sea and sunset as well as pool.

It was disappointing that paintwork and renovation’s were taking place outside of the room. The paint fumes were strong. The staff were disorganised & you have to rent a towel as they are not provided. A male member of staff entered my dorm at 3:00am unannounced to ask how many people were in the room. This was jarring.

Shared facilities and rooms were clean. The rooftop pool & views were great, good for watching the sunset.

Wasn’t clean, especially the toilets and showers. Often no toiletpaper. And I missed the option to lock your stuff up in the room, a curtain around your bed for privacy and some light at your bed.

I am disappointed that on the first night of our stay (it was Sunday) there were very noisy people in the hallway who were shouting until about 3 am. If the hostel can't provide stronger doors through which the noise wouldn't be heard, they could at least provide employees who would quiet those people down, we couldn't sleep at all. But it didn't happen again the next night. I was also surprised that a towel is not a given and you have to pay for it. And the wifi is very unreliable, you won't have it in the room at all and the lobby was overloaded most of the time.

The hostel is overall very nice and big, full of young people. As a positive, I evaluate the abundance of sinks, showers and toilets, which are cleaned regularly. A huge common room with a terrace and a swimming pool. Possibility to eat directly in the hostel. Organization of tours.

Most of the toilets and showers on our floor (3) were out of use when we stayed here. This was a bit annoying as it meant there were only 3/4 toilets available to use between many rooms and we had to go down a floor to use the bathroom but it wasn’t a major issue tbh. I think the hostels would be better with a curtain too and lights in the beds as this makes it more comfortable and private as there is only a main room light.

The property was very modern and has a beautiful infinity pool on the roof top which was so nice to relax and sunbathe by. The facilities were modern and it was very social - they give free drinks every evening which encourages making friends! Great for solo travellers. Pillows were nice and firm and the beds were good quality also! The hostel is really big with so many different rooms and has a hotel feel too, plenty of people to make friends with. Good location - close to the town centre. Very up and coming

I think it’s clear that that staff hasn’t been trained. Restaurant staff seemed put off when receiving orders and having to make change. I ate at a dirty table while staff are socializing with one another instead Got woken up early in the morning due to staff yelling to one another. Perhaps I booked at a PH friendship club instead of a hotel.

A few things that could improve the comfort of our stay: - it would be nice to have individual curtains and a light over each bed in the room to give everyone a little privacy. - the free breakfast was a little small - a few taps and sinks were not working, the bathrooms could be a little cleaner and smell nicer

This is a new, comfortable hostel that is nicely designed. We stayed in a time of ‘soft opening’ so not everything was perfect yet, but the staff are constantly working to improve it: for example the WiFi was only working on one floor when we arrived, but they had installed it successfully on every floor by the time we left. Location is good: it’s a short tricycle ride into the main town, and walking distance to the beach and good restaurants.

They do not have a water refill service, no soap in the showers, you have to give a caution for the towel, only a small noodle soap for breakfast and no other option

There are no curtains on the beds. There is no wifi or network in the rooms and you have to pay to fill your water bottle and use a bath towel. The staff is nice and it is clean but the rules are the rules. This is advice to improve the operation of your hostel, because these criteria are very important for customers but you have not taken it into account like other hostels.

Air condition in room either didn’t do much or was intermittently loud making it hard to sleep.

Really good hostel great location for sunset although if wanting to go into town have to get a tuk tuk. Free drinks each evening for 1 hours which was great, and nice breakfast in the morning, comfy beds and clean showers, lockers in room were a bit small for big bag and could use lock on them.

WiFi only works at the lobby and lounge areas, and phone signal inside is off. There’s still a couple of construction going on inside like painting, lighting, fixtures etc.– but understandable since they’re at their soft opening.

Surprised how nice the rooftop pool was– you get a nice view and the water is cleaned everyday. The bathrooms are nice and spacious, and their overall interior is quite lovely! They’re in soft launch so they have complementary Filipino breakfast every morning, and free happy hour drinks too. Enjoyed my stay overall.

The mattress is extremely hard, the room there’s no sound proof which means during the day/night you can hear dogs, rooster and construction workers from the build in front of your window. (No privacy at all as the workers can see inside of your room when the curtains are open) Also the AC is very loud which is annoying during the night plus the outside noises . The WiFi definitely don’t work inside of the room, I work remotely and I had to leave my private room to work in common area where I could get easily disturbed. They don’t allow you to bring drinks and food from other places but the restaurant is a shame quality products. We orders a breakfast 330 pesos and was 1 toast divided in 3 small pieces , 2 fried eggs and 2 small pieces of bacon which was a shame because from other restaurants in the area you pay the same amount for an amazing quality and amount of food, also the drinks was a bit overpriced.

The pool and the bar area was quite nice.

Construction work next to our room, our shower gel was empty the whole of our stay. One day we came back to find our room was cleaned but our beds were not made there was dead flys on the floor left there.
