Rooms had a slight odor when we first went in (Presumed from windows being shut for a period of time) nothing that opening the windows or upping the AC couldnt fix! still a great place and value for money

Late notice booking for two rooms sorted very easily. Location is right next to malls (easy walking distance). Malls, shops, bars everything is right on the doorstep. Pool is very nice to swim in

Its only the cleanliness of the studio. There are still opened sachets from the old clients and the garbage was not replaced with a new one. The wifi is not stable also.

We love the place because its very accesible to all.. and the aircondition is very cold . We need it for our baby in these very hot season .

Rest room dirty and rusty. No microwave, no toiletries to clean or fresh towels on 2nd day's stay.

Location to malls, hospital, and restaurants. Swimming pool and gym accessible. Roomier than we thought it would be. Smart tv available.

Bathroom - I think they should fix the drainage to allow the water to flow to the right direction and make the floor surface of the bathroom dry.

Minor issues that are fixable by updating some facilities(fix leaky bidet and add shower curtain to keep bath room dry).

Location was perfect for our needs. Staff was easy to reach and accommodating. Security guards were alert and helpful to guests.

Smelly bed sheet and blanket ( sheet) No blanket So small towel. No dishwasher, shampoo and body wash. Getting Parking fee although there are lot of parking and people parking in visitors area for free. Just park and go.

Wifi is not working. We have to refresh the connection every once in a while. Toiletries are not available so it is better to bring your own or biy at the convenience store at the entry gate.

Location,. The place is near malls and there is 7/11 store at the Main Entry gate. Car parking is also available. My family enjoyed our quick getaway. The one who assisted us is helpful, and i appreciate it

Door-lock is not safe. Elevator is noisy. Pillow is not soft. Linens are all white. I prefer with colors that is comfy to look at.

Very near to SM downtown, Centrio mall, Limketkai, Gaisano, & other food and grocery establishments. Also, I like that there's 7/11 outside the property. Wifi is good. There TV has netflix. Complete utensils & has dish soap for cleaning. Refrigerator is good & looks clean. Water heater is good. Bed is good. ACU is good & clean. T&B is good also. It has proper table with 2 chairs so you could write & eat properly. Parking slot is good.
