The old building, the location and the 500 pesos mandatory deposit is very in convinience like what was the purpose? They think guest cannot afford if something went wrong?

I like the room and the accommodating staff. The swimming pool is exceptional.

Very worn old hotel, lots of construction around in that street right now, but no noise from it. NO shops around aww bit of a walk. One of two A/c old noisy. No smoking area at terraces on floors, walk outside. No restaurants around.. hmm. Need cleanup on outer areas.

Friendly helpful staff, had one of the better rooms and bed with pillows was good, swimming pool.

The creepy environment,the location as a whole that is a bit isolated from other establishments, and the reception staff who refused to take my breakfast order because it was still 5 am, and because she said that another receptionist will come at around 6am (how come, she could not do a hand over endorsement to the next staff?). Thankfully, the morning receptionist received my order at around 7:15am (when I called again), and have it delivered to my room at around 7:30am, thanks to her and the male staff who hand it to me while it was still very warm.

The peaceful environment, the chamber staff, the cleanliness and the kind security guard who run after me, just to give me the bottle of water I left in the couch. I highly appreciate all their efforts and kindness. And before I forget, their yummy breakfast 😋 as well.

The comfort room has no bidet, also no dipper to use. The old appliances like the refrigerator looks untidy in the room due to rust. The way to the hotel is dark at night since there is no street lights.

The reception staff were accommodating, our inquiries were properly entertained. Also, the guard on duty & utility personnel were helpful every time we need their assistance.

It is obvious that it is quite an old hotel so the technology is outdated. We have not tried the pool. Water was almost inaccessible as we had to go up a floor to get water. The windows were also dirty but we had the blinds were hiding them the most of the time.

It was great for a last minute booking but sure it isn't always the best choice. The location is good if you are interested in going to IT park. The bed sheets were not the cleanest but overall we enjoyed the stay.

This place met my needs just fine. Comfy bed and working WIFI. Good location in IT park area.

Basically the hotel looks very dated. The rooms are old. The whole building needs to be renovated. They serve breakfast using paper plates. No bidet/ water dipper. There’s an end time if you’re bringing guests.

The location is excellent. It’s near IT Park. The price makes up on how old the hotel is. Could have been much more affordable TBH. But it meets all the basics you need if you’re not picky.

There were no deck chairs at the pool and it was in the shade all the time. The hot water heater didn’t work and the ac was very noisy and couldn’t be adjusted. The water pressure was very low
