Breakfast is good but better if there will be more choices.

The location is truly perfect for my client meetings. It's near to all the universities in the city. Getting a cab was never been a problem and it is so comfortable that it is just besides the bus terminal.

The staff who toured us for the room asked me not to sit on the bed...I was already tired from the long travel and I guess I don't have any choice but to stayed in that room coz that's d only available room for us to check in at the time. Though, I was not charged for the early check in.

Location was great! Staff are very accomodating and knowledgeable. We really appreaciate Microtel by Wyndham Baguio for their efforts with the welcome greeting for my Father's 70th birthday. I always choose Microtel when I'm in Baguio, I think this is my 3rd time staying with them. Thank you for always a wonderful stay! We truly enjoyed our time here. Thank you for your hospitality.

We stayed here for the second time and honestly, everything was super smooth. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Staff were friendly and always happy to help. The location is also a huge plus, super close to Victory Liner Bus station and everything, but still peaceful at night.

Only thing is, the lighting inside the room felt a bit dim, so just something to note if you like brighter spaces.

Checked in at Microtel Baguio and honestly, it was a pretty chill and comfortable stay. The lobby feels warm and cozy, and they’ve got free coffee and drinks available — a nice little touch especially after coming from the cold outside. Getting here was super convenient, especially since it’s just right next to Victory Liner. No need to figure out extra transport when arriving. They have an in-house restaurant called Amare, known for their brick-oven pizza — really worth trying if you don't feel like going far for food. BREAKFAST BUFFET also good. Simple but satisfying. The staff were really friendly and accommodating. Anything we asked for, they managed to help us out with no problem. It made the stay even more hassle-free. The room was comfortable, especially the bed and pillows — I had a good night’s sleep. Parking space is a bit tight, so if you're bringing a car, try to arrive earlier to get a good spot. Location-wise, it’s also super handy — there's a 7-Eleven, Jollibee, and a Petron gas station nearby for quick essentials or meals. They accept credit cards, cash, and even GCash, so payment is flexible. Overall, a solid choice for a short Baguio trip — comfy, convenient, and great value for the price.

the windows are not sound-proof so you sound the vehicles passing by. The shower gels are not well-refilled. one of the beds had stains.

Just one…I suggest strongly that you should change the toilet paper holder in the toilet/bathroom. It does not fit and easily gets off.

The internet on weekends was not wonderful. We would get kicked off. SMART sims was not very strong in this location either.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Microtel in Baguio. The room was comfortable. The sheets and towels were quality. The air conditioning worked well. The people were kind. We didn’t require anything during our stay so we had very little interaction. They did help with transportation to our next location. It was unusual and we were having difficulty finding a way to get to where we wanted to go. The front desk helped us. Thank you. We loved that the bus station, taxis, and jeepneys were all easy to get to—the hotel is next to the Victory Bus Line. This easy access to all kinds of transportation made it easy to get around town. This is a convenient place to stay. We plan to return.

But the room is not so quiet and there is a bus station next to this hotel Which always makes noise during our stay. Breakfast can be improved to various choices.

Service is really soooo good. Especially in some small things, the staff show care, responsibility and profession. The hotel is near SM and we can do shopping easily.

The room was super spacious and really clean. There was plenty of room to unpack and move around, and the cleanliness was noticeable from the moment we walked in, with fresh linens, a spotless bathroom, and no lingering odors. It exceeded our expectations in terms of comfort and upkeep.

The towels were over used. The light fixtures were lacking in the room.

The location was the selling point. It was easy to get taxis and it was walking distance to nearby convenience store.
