Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

PhilippinesVery noisy guests. Rooms are nowhere near sound proof. Had the unfortunate incident of a drunk guest ringing and knocking on my door at 3am in the morning. The gay did not know it was NOT his/her room. Breakfast was dismal. Over salted omelette, weak viands, even more limited jams for breads, juice guaranteed to give you diabetes... yeah, pass on that.
The location was very centric towards the local SM Mall. Walking distance actually, Size of room was good. Did not feel claustrophobic. Staff were very good. Friendly, addressed inquires effectively and were efficient.

CanadaJust lacking value for price. For example, the room was very hot, it took over a hour to cool down after turning the air conditioner on. The bathroom fixtures are almost at the point of needing to be replaced (sink handles loose, toilet leaking making the water continuously flowing in the bowl and the shower head needed to be tightened as it was leaking from above). That being said…They were doing some renovations so maybe they are addressing these issues. Also there was no tissue box or bottled water provided in the room.

PhilippinesI booked 2 rooms with them. I declared the number of guests per room and the age of the kids. We are 4 adults, 1 baby and 2 kids 10 and 12. When I arrived at the property, I was told I need to pay extra because 10 and 12 years old are considered adults. 1 room has 2 double bed. I was told that the room is only good for 2 people. I never had trouble in my bookings before and was never asked to pay extra because I always put the exact number of poeple staying and the age as well. Staff told me it’s their policy to ask for payment but in their hotel policy says kids under 12 free of stay. I refused to pay. I was told that they will allow it for that stay but next time I have to pay.
