No ref and Telephone in the room. No coffee/Tea Station inside the room as advertised at Booking.com. Creaking sound when you lie-down on one of the beds (can be fixed though)

Easy check-in and check-out. Clean Facility. Courteous Staff and they responds immediately when asked for something for the room and facility. Good Breakfast

The implementation of no smoking rules may not be implemented well since the first room provided tonuse smelled of cigarettes. They did transfer us to another room, though, when we requested.

I liked that the staff were so accommodating. They respond to our requests fast. The hotel was also super clean. They also provided a water dispenser near our room for use. The ice box for use at any time was also a much appreciated thought through these hot summer days! Thanks for that! I also liked that the hotel is located a walk away from a grocery (robinsons marketplace) and the westborough Park Center where weekend markets and food parks are available.

It was in a quiet part, you can go for walks. There was a near coffee shop. The staff were all so friendly.

The breakfast selection was a bit underwhelming. I was expecting more traditional Filipino breakfast staples such as bacon, tapa, tocino, and sausages. It would’ve been great to see more of these familiar favorites on the buffet.

The restaurant was good as a Japanese restaurant but not good in serving westerners. Beer was served in can vs Bottle, plus the cans were hot. Most western Foreigners like cold beer preferably from a bottle with a cold mug. The buffet breakfast is what you find in many Asian hotels not in a good way. They serve dinner items for breakfast. They should always have omelettes and bacon available if you want foreign guest. Eggs Benedict could be a nice touch. I would expect at minimum typical Filipino breakfast items such as Tocino, longanesa and corn beef and Spam would be good. They also put out a juice that said Calamansi but it was a kool aide drink. Leave the dinner items for dinner or if guests prefer that at least have breakfast items available on the buffet as well. The fruit and bread were good. The price is too high if not included in your room rate. The Ala Carte price was P450. If you don’t want foreign guests or Filipinos that like breakfast I guess it doesn’t matter but for me that’s my favorite meal and I was extremely disappointed and it would keep me from staying there again. There was a manager on the 3rd day that offered to make an omelet after I complained but too little too late. I appreciate her trying though.

The staff was extremely friendly - they all greet all customers constantly. The Room was nice with good aircon, WiFi and cable. The shower was good with hot water. The pool was nice but a bit too cold. The wind is strong at the hotel so that makes it worse. There was good seating areas inside and out. The location was nice and quiet in a residential/small commercial area. A grocery, store, fitness center, coffee shop and good grocery store were all within walking distance. There were many little local businesses near by too. There are 3 malls within 9 minutes as well with many local and foreign restaurants.

I have certain expectations when it comes to their breakfast and their dinner which I haven't met. The receptionist smiles at you, but I don't feel the sincerity.

I'd like the room we're assigned which has a view of the swimming pool. I also love the provided parking space.

We had to request for complimentary water unlike with other hotels I’ve stayed on where it’s readily available in your room upon check-in.

The room is decent and clean, breakfast is great and the staff are very friendly and accomodating. Location is also a plus.

The rooms/bathrooms need a bit of an uplift as the typical wear and tear is quite evident. There was also a smell of either paint thinner or Baygon in the hallway of our room floor during our stay.

The rooms are a bit dated tbh, but it was really the rather noisy AC in our room that I particularly did not appreciate.

Comfortable stay! The room is roomy, the beds are big. We especially loved that they have a gym, that they have a water dispenser for the guests and that their staff are very accommodating and super nice.
