The staff are friendly especially those from the reception. They always have a smile ready to greet every guest. The bed is comfortable. The housekeeping is efficient and they have a very good breakfast. Thank you to all of them particularly to all the receptionists both male and female, they are very friendly and professional.

United StatesThere seemed to be some plumbing problems with water pressure sometimes disappearing in the middle of a shower. Also, a sign in the CR advising that the water from the tap was not potable made brushing teeth a minor problem. They did provide good water in the hallway but that was inconvenient at times.

United KingdomAverage quality breakfast. Shower heating didn't work twice.. though I waited 10 minutes each time the water never came hot. Very frustrating and quite honestly should have been given some recompense for having to take a cold shower.Plus disappointed I could not make a tea or coffee in my room which is standard in 99% of the hotels I've stayed in.
