We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

DenmarkI received first-class service from the moment We arrived at the Mist Mountain Resort until the moment we left. The prime location of the hotel is a big plus. The facilities were top-notch, and the view from my room was simply stunning.

PhilippinesAlthough it was obviously cold being a mountain resort, an option for AC should still have been provided as it becomes a little warm at times during day time.
Place is clean, if you want to relax you'll surely get it as the place is quiet and peaceful. Room was spacious, and comfortable. I had a good pool view room that also gives you a nice sun rise view in the morning.

MalaysiaShower (water) pressure is weak. Fan speed and volume is non adjustable, room is slightly warm during afternoon. No refrigerator to keep drinks cold.
Located in mountains, quiet area. Room is spacious and clean, loved that the shower and toilet are separate, making it convenient. Mosquito netting door is a bonus. Beautiful view from balcony!

A little in the middle of nowhere, but if that is what you want it is perfect. Rooms are fantastic, and nice pool area and restaurant.

United StatesThey promised me to refund my 3 rooms for my entire even if I didn’t use those since change of plan due to some death in my partner’s family. However, they changed their tune last minute saying they couldn’t coz it was a late request. How could be it late when I requested it about two days prior after his death?! Hmmpf. On the other hand, this location is too far from the city thus not recommended for stay unless you want a staycation with family and friends.

United KingdomAs soon as we arrived, the experience felt more like checking into an institution than a hotel. At reception, we were told dinner would be over in 30 minutes and had to decide what to eat right then. We were also asked to fill out a form for breakfast preferences and times. After 12 hours of travel, we were surrounded by four staff members watching us. Once we completed the forms and asked for our room key, a staff member escorted us with a clipboard. In the room, we were given a list of charges—PSC 5000 for vomiting, PSC 500 for smoking, and charges for any snacks. We joked we had no plans to do either, then signed the clipboard. At dinner, we were the only guests, yet six staff members hovered over us. The next morning, as we passed reception on the way to breakfast, we were told to wait while they checked our room. It felt like an overstaffed, overly processed experience. Even when leaving, we had to present a ticket to the security at the gates , despite being the only two guests. the noise from a adjoining building was so loud, right in to the early hours of the morning, not the serene mist mountain I was looking for.
Beautifully maintained and spectacular views.
