Road side rooms were umexpectedly noisy. Maybe we can sound proof the rooms? We also could hear people from other rooms.

They need to have hooks in the bathroom and the standing shower should be a little bit more deeper, coz the water easily gets overflowing.Need.more .hooks to hang clothes..and Iron and Ironing board for longer stays.

Parking lot. There's a lot of establishments as well as the hotel but parking spaces are limited.

We I checked out the reception staff said to me that a towel had a stain on it and a cleaner unfolded in the towel in full view of the whole reception area. The stain on the towel was just some make-up and I really do not understand why they made such a fuss and embarrassed my wife in front of other guests. When I asked why they were concerned about some make up on a towel they really could not explain. I have never experienced something like this before.

The hotel is quit noisy because its right next to the main road. The buiding is retatively new but issues in the bathroom and hot water needs attention.

Ofcourse the customer service!! from security guard, front desk and the cleaning staff are exceptional. I also like to point out the restaurant and entertainment on the top floor is amazing! every night someone is performing and must try there cocktails and variety of international drinks. Kudos to the Chef and the team for making great meals and with a reasonable price. I really enjoy my stay, will definetily come back!

The room.is clean ,but the shower floor is too shallow. It should be a.little but higher. And there is no drawer to put in your suitcase. They need to put a hook in the bathroom to hang your robe or clothes while taking a shower! But overall,the hotel is clean and has a comfortable bed!

No windows unfortunately, AC is facing the bathroom door. The room was located at the end of the hall. I think the walls are not sound proof we can hear sounds from the other room (morning time only - probably the cleaning service staff)

Very quiet at night time. Has overlooking view on the rooftop. Has buffet if youd avail. Along the highway location, has 711 store outside and Figaro where we had breakfast. Hot and cold bath and sink water. Has complimentary tea available. Has Refrigerator, night lamps. Service bath towels and slippers. Card key that serves as room's power switch too. Lobby area is very elegant. Staffs were very accomodating. Non smoking rooms and has Php 2000 refundable cash deposit upon checkin

We had two rooms and the internet tv on one constantly cut out and you had to restart the the tv and the process would take 5 to 10 minutes each time so they had no tv service the entire night.

The location. It’s very close to the Tiangge which was the main reason I went there and you have a great coffee shop downstairs outside the hotel. You also have a small grocery store and 7Eleven right outside the hotel.

Maybe the amount of deposit required during our stay. As a traveller, cash is required wherever you go so having to give cash as security deposit affects the quality of our trip. Having card as security deposit would be helpful. Also, if you want to use the gym everyday, you will have to sign declaration every time. Once is fine, but all the time is a little bit inconvenient.

Cleanliness and service provided. The room is always cleaned out and bedsheets were replaced everyday. It feels so nice coming back to a clean and fresh hotel after being out and about. The security were always attentive to every guests

There was no enclosed parking.

The place exceeded my expectations considering its price. It was very worth it. The place was clean and spacious. I love that the TV has netflix and other apps.
