I stayed there for 3 weeks and enjoyed the privacy and quietness of the villas. A bit remote from buzzling Alona but that's an advantage for a longer stay.

SpainGeneral maintenance could be better. The fridge didn’t work very well, the bathroom was leaking water as well as the air con unit. The only working lock was on the garden entrance door but the sliding doors to the actual unit had a broken lock. They have security staff at night and CCTV but it was still worrying. There was a safety deposit box but it was small and would be easy to just pick up and carry off of the property.
Loved the homely, private feel. Having the comfort of our own garden, pool and outdoor kitchen was wonderful. The accommodation was very spacious. The bed and pillows super comfortable. Having both air con and a ceiling fan was ideal. The staff were accommodating and quickly arranged anything we needed including daily transport.

ChinaThe owner should check from time to time his property to invest money in it. The internet lost connection very often. So the internet provided should be concerned to change because contacting to internet especially in the evening to plan same activities is very important.
This Property is good because the staff takes care about you and this location. The delivery of food we really recommend. The Italy 🇮🇹 restaurant food of the owner. And again the staff is perfect to help with the order.

AustraliaThe service wasn’t what you’d expect for the price. The wifi didn’t work well while we were there. Only one of the two showers gave hot water. If you’re expecting the rooms to be serviced they didn’t replace toilet roll, give clean towels or do dishes when they cleaned. It would be greatly improved by some lamps inside so you don’t rely on fluro lighting.

PhilippinesFacilities are ok but need to be maintained or refreshed. Like bidets and showers have rust on them. Also, the light went out and the sink is leaking in one of the rooms. The shuttle to Alona beach wasn’t available and we weren’t advised in advance. No other shuttle was provided.
The private pool was clean and nice. Staff is very helpful. There are plates/glasses/utensils provided.

United StatesThe place seems a little dated, pictures do more justice than what it is. The aircon filter was very dirty. The shuttle to the airport is overpriced so we sourced other transportation.
Loved that the day bed had clean sheets and that our pool was private. The bathroom was very clean and the water was hot. They provided free transportation to nearby beaches which helped when needed.

NetherlandsGreat stay, love the settings, outdoor kitchen with dining table and relax sofa under a roof where you can sit outside with a private swimming pool, even with a heavy rain shower. We had a full agenda but I really enjoyed it. And don't forget good working air conditioning.. p.s. zwembad zeker 1,7 M diep. Something that is quite normal in the Philippines, there is always something broken or loose, sometimes there is a leak. That's part of it :) you also come across in certain parts of Europe ... I just want to send a little more on maintaining and keeping it in good condition. Then you can score even better with the foreign tourists... and for us as tourists keep things nice for the next guests! .. What is important is how does the team deal with it. And they do just fine. Thanks again for your hospitality and support we had a great stay.
