Location is a bit far off the beaten track, but not overcoming bad.

What a remarkable place! Such a lovely host, very welcoming and the place, wow! 5 Stars all the way! Beautiful, elegant, class, everything is there, fantastic! The only problem, we only stayed for 1 night!

The area is congested going in and out even we were using motor scooter.

The accommodation is very modern and spacious. Wifi is good. Mountain view. With free parking.

Maybe not enough electrical outlets where we needed them. But they did provide an extension cord. And actually that was not really a big deal and than that would not prevent us from staying there again,

We loved the host who greeted us. The neighbors were friendly and the location was perfect with grocery store very nearby (Less tan 2 min walk)

Everything is exceptional. We had a very comfortable stay. The place was superb, clean, the ambience is magnificent. Ang aliwalas. The place was really designed well. My daughter loved the sofa bed. The place is really high tech. All the things that we needed for the stay was there. There was even a laundry room. And a bath tub. Very spacious and we got our money's worth. Mam Loida is very helpful and we can be reached anytime. Please book. The place you will have a very good rest. Very good for a staycation.

What I really liked was the laundry room as well and the accessibility to the stores nearby. I also like the oven and the sink and all the chairs.

What I liked about this condo was the TV and watching YouTube most days. And also I like the big shower and the view outside towards the mountain was really nice, especially the white cross you would see at night time lit up On the mountain. It was a very nice of you and I miss it

The aircon in the bedroom is fantastic, the fans in the living area and kitchen are good but struggling to provide comfort in the main areas. Adding aircon in the living area would make the place perfect.?

The apartment was spotless and exactly as described in the listing also decor was stylish and comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. The location was ideal and has easy access with the public transportation. Lastly, the host was incredibly accommodating and responsive which made the stay even more enjoyable.

The door lock as we had a hard time to open it. Still, the local host is really helpful.

The place is so clean, and comfy. The local host is accommodating, and let us borrowed their umbrella. They also helped us when we can't open the door. We also appreciate the complimentary snacks, and coffee. The place is accessible to Grab.

Few things may need owner's attention soon. Just normal wear and tear, nothing that bothered us too much during our 5 day stay.

Excellent bed, hard enough. The air conditioning in the bedroom is good. Good washing machine, good equipment in the kitchen. Generally, the apartment is in great condition.

A fantastic modern apartment with a host to match. Nanay loida always wears a smile, happy to help and exceptionally attentive. Mountain View is spacious, newly fitted and has everything you need. Amazing value for money. Despite a monsoon, we still had a great stay!

Really friendly and helpful hosts :D Nice location, shops and tricycles just few meters away! I felt very safe in this area, neighbours were friendly and always willing to talk to me.

Very hot in the living room and Kitchen, it’s summer but would be nice if there’s also an AC in the outside area also. The bathroom is too high to climb for my husband, we used the step provided so it works out.

Cleanliness of the room , close to the market and Mrs Loida and husband was very nice.

The place was a haven..we wanted a quiet retreat and we found this gem. Nanay Loida was really sweet and saw to it that our stay would be as nice as it could be. We're already looking forward to our next stay here.

we love that we were able to enjoy all the fireworks, especially my daughter, she loved every sulok ng place, nagustuhan nya ung pagtambay sa veranda overlooking the view.. she loved the sofabed, she said ang sarap ng tulog nya 😀 my daughter also enjoyed relaxing sa bathtub 😊 complete ung gamit, may mga pa-freebies pa.. super relaxing ung ambiance ng place.. malinis, organized, sobrang saya and gaan ng stay namen.. tapos ang bait pa ni ate loida, napaka-accomodating nya 😊 this is a must try 👍👌 super worth it ❤️
