Friendly staff, clean cozy room, and the shuttle service for pickup at pier and the drop off to airport does add value. I will def stay in this hotel again.

The bathroom is too tight.

The room design is pleasing. The Rizal Blvd. is walkable from the hotel. The staff are attentive and approachable. The breakfast buffet is good.

The tiniest rooftop swimming pool is much smaller than expected from pics and needs maintenance.

Very good location near everything and don’t have to leave the hotel to get a good budbod and food. Hotel rooms are very coean and comfortable beds. New towels and has a filtered water station in every floor. Staff were all very hellful and nice.

The CR was ok but small.

I liked the breakfast. Value for money. Also hot and cold water machine close to our room. Comfortable beds. Good aircon. Good restaurant for dinner.

Didn't mind that rooms are small but at least a cupboard to put stuff in so we dont have to lay open our luggages on the floor all the time when there's not enough space to begin with. But overall, still a great place. Would still come back.

As someone who's very sensitive to dust, i can really tell if room just looks clean on the outside. The room we stayed in really feels and smells clean. Bed was also very comfortable. Despite hotel being compact and every area has limited space, it's a very well thought of design to accomodate needs of their clients such as a pool, cafe and dining area. Staff were very helpful and accomodating. Security guard even went and looked for a pedicab for us.

The pool closes early we did not had time to enjoy it.

What I like most in this hotel are the staff. From the security guard who greeted us in the entrance door and the front desk are all friendly. Checking in went smooth. The room is in decent size, it's clean, the bed are well made and comfortable and the bathroom are full of amenities. We did a late service request and the staff came quick. The breakfast buffet was pretty decent, not much to choose from but good enough as complimentary for the price that we paid. I like the location which is in the heart of downtown walking distsnce to restaurants and shops.

I think that the pool needs a refresh.

Big comfortable room, water dispenser on every floor. Good breakfast included. Swimming pool was adequate.
