Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomThe hotel only gave 1 key card, we needed one each so it was a bit of a pain. The traffic was also very loud all night so at times it was difficult to sleep.
It was walking distance from BGC, the room was clean and staff was friendly. The hotel has free drinking water.

Perfect location! We enjoyed our stay during New Year. Just walking distance to the BGC. The staff were nice and helpful. I really enjoyed the hot shower. The room temperature was great! WiFi worked well since we're working at that time.

United StatesUnfortunately I had to check out early and book a new hotel. For one, the roosters around the property are non-stop! I changed my room to another on the first night, and it was still bad. I don't blame the hotel for this but I couldn't sleep. The WiFi was horrible in my room. I work from home a lot, and I could barely load a page or send an email. So, I had to leave. But overall, the hotel was decent, and the staff was great.
The room was similar to the pictures and had nice comfy beds, daily housekeeping, TV, and other amenities. The staff were incredibly nice and welcoming. The hotel was close to several attractions and near a business area with food options but mostly fast food.

PhilippinesI've been staying here twice a month since January, but recently had a negative encounter with the front desk staff. The staff seemed unaccommodating and had a rude tone while discussing my booking confirmation and filling out paperwork. This was not the level of service I anticipated. I was expecting that, as a someone who works at the front desk, the staff would be welcoming.
It's my favorite spot for a weekend getaway near BGC.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rafa and Trisha were accommodating. I requested for the highest floor which is the 6floor upon checked in and Rafa grant my simple request. It's a magical moment to remember.
