NetherlandsBathroom and room feels outdated, but I read that they were doing renovations at the moment of staying, but was not clear what the renovations were being.
Location is fine, there is a casino as well, was fun to spend time there, staff is really nice. Food in the restaurant was superb. Room and bathroom was clean.

United StatesLet's see you couldn't sleep because of the traffic outside..when you would leave your room, the hall way was hotter than hell no air at all. You want your guest to be comfortable completely not feel like they are outside. A major thing that bother me and makes this stay horrible and l will never stay there again is you had to keep the key in the slot for the air to be on so there for the light wouldnt go off as soon as you walk in, noone absolutely noone should have to keep a key in just to stay comfortable. I understand if its supposed to be like that but yal should find a way to turn the light off and the air still be running. I slept maybe 2 hours l will never stay here again. Have a wonderful day
The only 2 things that was good about the motel was the staff, very nice very nice. The food was amazing also.

VietnamWe were on a business trip, but the hotel refused to issue an invoice to our company. I have tried to send a request to the hotel, but after a long wait, there has been no response. We also asked Booking.com for support, but nothing has been resolved. If this were a hotel in Vietnam, regardless of size, they would still issue a proper invoice in accordance with regulations. I have a very poor impression of this hotel’s customer service team.

I had to come down to lobby to get her when they should have just let her up. Luke warm water 2 days, 1 day no hot water, 1 day with… Casino is only slots which needs to highlighted.

I like that the staff personalized their New Year's greeting with "torotot and finger food". I appreciate that. I also particularly like the bath tub in my room so I can relax because the spa was not open/available.
