There was a problem with the water pressure in the bathroom.

The beds are extremely large. The hotel is located a few minutes walk from the beach. The staff is extremely friendly.

Staff are amazing, rented a motorbike and we had a flat tire and they were out to replace the nike within 10 mins. They also helped with an issue we had with the key for the safe, nothing was too much for them.

A bit outside of San Juan, but good location near Tubod beach. The room is pretty basic, but it is really spacious. AC is good and quiet. Some nights you get karaoke from the neighbors.

Shower did not work, other faucets weak dribble, no parking except out on the main road.

Really nice size room, the bed was very comfortable, hot water, and also a fridge and stove were nice to have. The staff were super friendly and just a short walk to beautiful Tubod beach

If you are looking for a budget friendly base, close to Tubod Beach, this is ideal. Staff friendly and ready to attend to our needs, if needed. Several restaurants nearby. If you want pampering, the Coco Grove Resort is next door.

Do not book this accomodation if you are a light sleeper. There is basically no insulation against noise. Multiple neighbours keep caged dogs right next to the accomodation, and they bark at anything, for any reason, at any time. Every other night we woke up at 2am for a 2-hour long continuous barking orchestra. Owners of the dogs do not seem to care. Additionally, there are roosters and chicken, they start their show at about 4-6am. Poor water pressure, couple of times water ran out completely during our 5 nights stay. So unfortunate for the owners and staff, the place is quite rudimentary but works and we would have enjoyed our trip without this sound issue.

Good location, beach access, exceptional staff ready to help with any issue. We also had laundry done super well and inexpensively.

Room was clean, aircon was good, located in a very safe friendly area. Had kitchenette and water station. The House keeper was amazing with her care to details, her helpfulness and friendliness. Excellent Snorkeling, swimming with turtles and free diving instructor available close to guest house. Ask for George Near to good restaurant and little shops.
