On arrival, bathroom was not clean. Not well ventilated as well. Had stains on toilet seat. Should be prepped better before guest check in.

Quiet place in city proper. Secured parking. Wifi worked well.

Room has one double and one single bed, double is very small so my husband took that and I used the single, I am sure is good for smaller people but for taller/larger western tourists not so good.

Site is not manned, I had no problems with this as it felt very safe and Manuel was always available on the phone. Main shower did not have hot water. This was provided by a subsidiary shower unit.

Family room size was great. Lots of facilities, large amount of clean water provided. Owner Manuel was very helpful and friendly

There was one minimal thing i observed, the water in the bathroom has a certain smell sometimes. Maybe because their source of water is deep well. So instead, we just brushed our teeth in the kitchen sink. 👍😉

The location was good. The room is nice and comfy and clean. There was an air purifier inside our room. Good thing that there were cooking utensils and induction stove, reheating was easy. All in all, everything is perfect, plus the owners are very accommodating.

A mirror other than the one in the bathroom would be useful as would brief directions on the best way to reach the centre of Laoag.

Basic studio type room with cooking facilities about 10-15 minutes walk from the town centre. Friendly helpful owner who was there to meet us. Although it was basic it was good value for money.

Maybe the owner can put some signages in the property to lower down the voices of other guests since you can hear them from the room. I also want to suggest to provide lock and key for the gate for safety purposes. Maybe one lock then all guests can have the key to the gate.

This is near the center of Laoag City and very accessible to different establishments and Robinsons Ilocos mall. I liked the cozy feel of the room very aesthetic. The owner, Sir Manuel, is very much accommodating. I also like the comfort room which is very clean inspite of its size.

its scary its locked it seems no one lives there.if you looked at the building it looks like an abandoned building.

i don't like at all!!!There is no receptionist in the door to accept customers and doors are closed during the day the neighbourhood says it's closed so we end up going to our relatives in laoag to ask help to find another place for us. we felt that we are scammed and the money that we paid is not refundable.so its very frustrating booking to them. I messaged the property ahead of time but they responded us when it's already late.They should responded and tell us ahead of time any instructions to get inside the property. But if there is no one lives there or stays there during the afternoon like 5pm (we arrived 5pm during that day).its very scary to stays there at night. i mean its not safe for everybody.

Great central location with laundry next door and walking distance to restaurants, grocery, and bus terminal. AC worked well with outdoor cook room and hot showers - which can be difficult to find. Room was well appointed with 2 twin beds and small kitchenette. Not a lot of light during the day due to the location of the unit (Room #3), but great for sleeping.

Nothing. Just a suggestion to add toilet paper. 1 roll for 3 ladies for 3 days is not enough.

The location is nice and clean. Place is near a very good restaurant "Cusine de Iloco". There is an outdoor space where you can have snacks and coffee. Thumbs up for the host. Even with a couple of hours notice, the host arrange a transfer out service for us upon our request. Will definitely stay here again for our future trips.
