Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

PhilippinesThe turnaround time during check-in was slower than expected. Since I did online check-in I had expected that the process would be faster. However, I ended up waiting up to an hour in line. I understand that it was a holiday so there were more guests to attend to but it felt like the processing time per guest averaged around 15-20mins or even longer for some.
The proximity to the concert venue really makes it an ideal hotel to stay at. Amenities were complete and staff were very accommodating. This wasn't my first time staying here and I look forward to staying again for any upcoming concerts.

Amazing staff. I was welcomed warmly by Gab and assisted by Audrey in the VIP area. The facilities were good, but hoping they change their curtains. Kudos to Gab and Audrey! It’s always the staff in Novotel that makes me want to stay there, whether here or abroad.
