The location is just PERFECT! near all cafes, spas, restaurants and the sardine spot. The room was quite, large, always clean. The air conditioning is working properly. Security 24h. I really liked it.

This is a simple hotel with no pool or breakfast, but its huge advantage is its location—just a two-minute walk from the beach and very close to all the restaurants. Take your room key and go to swim with the sardines. The room was very clean and spacious, the air conditioning was quiet, and the entire area was so peaceful that, despite being near the restaurants, the only sound was that of crickets. The hotel staff was very kind, and it was clear that they had thoughtfully considered the needs of tourists. The room had a water dispenser, allowing guests to refill water for their entire stay. They also provided a designated rack with hangers for drying laundry outside the room. At the entrance to each room, there was a hand sanitizer station, the TV was equipped with Netflix, and overall, even though the hotel is not five-star, I had everything I needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

We stayed for three nights and would have stayed longer if we could! Staff is wonderful, they arranged our transfers and helped us with tours as well. Location is right off the main strip while set far enough back to be very quiet. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed.

There were some issues with no water (entire area) and none of the staff mentioned it to me until i discovered the issue myself. I did find the noise cancellation bad as sometimes staff or other guests would be talking outside their/my room in the morning and it would wake me up

Really lovely room. Staff were very helpful and kind during my stay. A lot of cafes and restaurants nearby so you will not be disappointed.

The staff are very nice. The room has complete amenities -- coffee station, towels, shampoo & body wash, hanger for clothes, clothing rack, blow dryer and even a mini ref! Hotel was near the beach and other nearby restaurants and cafes. Bonus points since they offer a secure and gated parking space just across from the hotel.

Just my husband and I , with my 2 kids age 10 and 14 stayed in the hotel and I have to pay for two separate rooms for us. I think the room is big enough for 2 adults and 2 kids and I hope I can just request an extra bed for my teen. We barely use the other room because both of my kids wants to stay with me in one room.Also, the mosquitoes in Moalboal. I guess it’s inevitable , they go inside the room with you when you open the door. Maybe adding a mosquito repellent inside and outside the hotel will help. My son and I got couple of mosquito bites despite of the topical mosquito repellent we used.

The room and bathroom is big compared to other hotels I’ve been to and the room is very nice, clean and comfortable. The location is only few minutes walk from the sardines run and close to the restaurants and bars. There’s pretty much everything in the room that I might need such as water dispenser, small refrigerator, complimentary coffee/tea, big tv with Netflix,umbrella,drying rack, a safe, nice hair dryer etc. The staff are all nice and helpful.
