One of the rooms didnt have a good air conditioning system.

Breakfast was good and the fact that it was available at any time during the day or night.

The loft was very comfortable for a family of 5! The location was also a highlight because it was close enough to the main tourism road but also a good distance for a quiet atmosphere. Matt was also very accommodating of our early check in request which we appreciated so much!

We stayed on different rooms that are too far apart

The glitch on the booking process that ended up getting the hotel overbooked. Our room that is challenging to lock, and the bad internet connection in our room.

It's not their fault but there are lots of lizard poop in the rooms and they would poop on our beds and in the bathroom. The rooms were quite dark too, one of our lights were out. Our bathroom hand soap, body soap and shampoo weren't refilled. Although, this is quite minor. Our fridge had a broken glass bottle inside it. It was quite dangerous as I had a toddler that could reach it but Kevin was able to sort this out straight away. Food was good but wish they had more options but Kevin said that they were adding and expanding the kitchen so there will be more options soon.

The staff were great! They were really attentive and were welcoming. Kevin made sure we were looked after and ordered us tuk tuks when we needed and also sorted our motorbike hire and tours. The whole island had a power cut on Sunday but Ohana had its own generator so we were still able to have the fan on and stay cool and heat up water when we needed. Thank you! My partner and kids really enjoyed the 7ft deep pool too!

Would be good to have the restaurant serving lunch and dinner, not just breakfast. Would also like to see a bigger variety of drinks available at the bar. Especially considering the distance from resort to main restaurants/shops

The single beds have a very thin mattress that was very uncomfortable if you wanted to side sleeping. The pillows were bad as well, and just a pitty that they only make the AC work during night time, forget taking a nap in the afternoon, it is boiling hot even with the fan swinging.

The pool and the bar by it was fantastic, the rooms very spacious. The double beds so comfortable. Staff were nice and breakfast was delicious although we waited an hour for it every day.

It’s a bit hard to find since there is no sign outside the main road where is it located since there is two OHANA in the town. But we managed to find the place via google map and we are confuse sines the is no sign that OHANA resort was inside the very common street.

The ambiance is very good and cool👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻and the staff are very cool and very hospitable highly recommended.

The on and off of the electricty is a bit hassle because if theres no electricity theres no water as well.

I like their place because it is accessible to anywhere you go.

it was hot especially at night when the electricity is not working well, but we were informed ahead about the electricity issue in the island. it was acceptable. 👍

the accommodating resort personnel, the place is very quiet and relaxing, and the pool was an advantage. 😊

Room is very spacious including the CR, the pool is big, quiet place, instagrammable property. The owner is very accommodating and responsive for the quiries. Since our original flight was cancelled we need to move the sched on the next day, and they adjusted the booking quickly. Thank you.

I wish there was a clone of the owner, I need more of him

The owner, Dick is a great guy, he really tied the place together and made it feel a lot more like a home than a 'resort'. He's pour his heart and soul into this resort after the typhoon hit. Met some amazing people there and the cheap drinks on site and pool made it more worth it really!

There was no soap or shampoos provided.

Breakfast was delicious. Staff was incredibly helpful, pointing me towards a place to rent a scooter, somewhere to eat, and the best local beach.

Nothing it was great!

Very spacious rooms and a great vibe and feel to the place. The staff are very helpful. The owner on site is also friendly and great to chat too. Easy 5 min travel into town on a tricycle. Just stand on the road and one is there is seconds. No more than 150php anywhere.

We arrived to Ohana resort excited about our stay as we decided to go for a slightly more expensive option as Siargao was our last stop of our trip. With good reviews we were expecting great things. However, this was far from the case. When we arrived into our room we were greeted with many mosquitoes. We later discovered that this was due to a large gap in between the sliding doors to our room. We addressed this with an employee as we did not feel comfortable with pests being able to enter our room, especially when there was no mosquito net provided. We were dismissed and ignored with the employee walking Off mid conversation to the point where we were left wondering where the conversation was even leading. We decided to go out for dinner and when we arrived back at the room we were greeted with a gecko on the ceiling above the bed. After this we decided to pack up our things and find alternative accommodation as we did not feel that it was acceptable to have to sleep in a room full of mosquitoes, a gecko and many other creatures that could enter the room during the night including one of the many frogs located outside. We completely understand that we were staying in a tropical environment and the owner emphasised This when we brang up the issue with him the following morning, however if you know that this is the case, you should put certain measures into place such as nets on the doors / windows or even just a net over the bed which can be bought on Amazon for very little. I do not believe that it should be normalised for animals to be in my bedroom when I have paid quite a lot of money for a room and for nothing to be done about the situation when your customers are uncomfortable. As briefly mentioned above, when we returned the keys the following morning and had a conversation with the owner we were dismissed and simply Told that this is normal and that no one else is complaining even thought others have huge spiders in their rooms.

Great service, they always try to do best to help you with anything like motorbike, airport transfer etc. The resort itself is well maintained and clean.
