Beach has black sand, at times crowded, and has trash all over. Neighborhood and establishments should maintain at least the cleanliness of the shore.

Pool is good. Breakfast was ok. Room is new and clean. Bathroom is modern with bath tub too.

The theme of the hotel, staff are almost always cleaning the premises when I randomly stare at the grounds, they are also courteous and accommodating. The room didn't stink like dust though the AC was off when we arrived. We managed to have the whole place for ourselves so it was extra great on our part. They have an ongoing makeover on the rooftop and though it was halfway thru, the place is already lovely with a Bali vibes.

Staff are very accomodating. The room they provided is spacious for 8 persons., with terrace for additional space where you can unwind and relax. AC works well and I got a good sleep for the first time away from home. They provide us free breakfast which is of course depends upon your booking preference. Big kitchen area with cooking utensils so I enjoyed cooking food for my in laws. Highly recommended!!

Relaxing Stay at Oktowaves Hotel, Nasugbu We stayed at Oktowaves Hotel for two days and one night, and it was such a relaxing experience. The place has a nice Santorini-inspired design with blue-and-white colors that make it feel fresh and cozy. Our room was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed—cold air conditioning, cable TV, and a comfy bed. No complaints at all, which made our stay even better. One thing that really stood out was the staff. They were incredibly kind and approachable, always ready to help with a smile. Whether it was giving directions or just checking in on our stay, they made us feel welcome. The beach is also just a short walk away! We caught a beautiful sunrise while listening to the waves, which was the perfect way to start the day. The hotel is close to local markets, souvenir shops, and restaurants, so getting good food and buying a few things to take home was easy. Plus, there’s enough parking if you're bringing a car. Overall, it was a laid-back and enjoyable stay. If you’re looking for a quiet and relaxing spot in Batangas with amazing hospitality, Oktowaves Hotel is definitely worth checking out!

NO ELEVATOR. You literally have to pay for every use of facility such as BBQ, etc. The hotel is reasonably clean. We paid additional 1500 pesos for additional person but there was no other bed that was provided. In the end one of us had to sleep in the car. Not good.

The hotel is very close to the beach which is handy. The staff seems friendly too although there are many additional pay for most facility use. Room was on 4th floor and THERE IS NO ELEVATOR

Staying in this hotel is quite amusing. Rooms are okay, mid range, swimming pool is also okay, especially the beach, very fine sand. Staff are great especially "Jamaica", she is always ready to answer your queries. Problem is with the management of the hotel, We booked for 4 people, they provided only 2 blankets, charged us for additonal blanket. Towels are also for 2 people, when asked if they can replace towels because it is wet already, still needs for management approval if okay. They replaced the wet towel, but, with a warning, if you will replace towel again, you will be charged. (Towels became wet bec we used it to dry ourselves from swimming, bec, towels are not provided in the swimming pool area). The amount you paid for the room is not cheap, same price when you booked a 4 star hotel, with a 4 star service. The only consolation, the great staff. Management service, worst. Never again! By the way, there is a 20 pesos per person charge for environmental fee.
