To much passing traffic

Charge 200 for the pool isn’t good no microwave in the room was far from malls busy road just outside but I enjoyed the place can’t have it all

Had stayed at several condos during our travels but this is the first where we stayed at one oasis, the experience wasn't the best. The check in was a little hastle, the staff at one oasis wasn't as accommodating as we expected — hindi naman lahat. The service was okay. Pero, the room was not that pleasing and comfy. Though, na iintindihan ko naman kasi it was an unexpected booking. They only had an hour to prepare. We booked the place just to sleep and relax lng naman kasi may travel pa kami the next day. We did not cook and dine there na — so di na namin na try mga gamit sa kitchen. Madilim po yung room, may eerie vibe sya — kulang sa ilaw. Maybe add more lighting and some fixtures need a repair na din — like the door knobs and the cabinet. The TV wasn't working also. Pero working naman yung wifi, connection was good pero not that stable. Medyo marumi yung bath towel, walang free toilet paper pero okay lng — the bathroom was clean naman. 👌🏻 Overall, passable naman. It wasn't the best stay, pero it was worth staying naman for it's price. Thank you 🌸

What I don’t like is I’ve stayed In This building a few times and it’s the same problems over and over ? Usually the tv is not great , WiFi which I understand is poor most of the Philippines, but people are giving similar comments regularly and they don’t act on them , they blame the cleaners for no toilet roll or dirty rooms .the management must put some profits back into keeping the rooms up to date and no excuses for rusty bathroom shelves and shower held together with plastic tape 🙈it’s a shame as I like the apartment block and it’s safe and secure, the recent one was constantly noisy from building the 3rd Block , If I knew this I would have stayed elsewhere, so some good some bad points , overall it’s value for money and that’s about all I can say

I didnt like all the constant noise from the building of new 3 block of apartments made me very annoyed that this was not made aware of I would have booked elsewhere, it’s dated the bathroom tray was super rusty, and the shower head also , tv is not very good also breaks out of focus !

Need a little upkeep like cabinet repair, repair of broken tiles at door entrance. We didn't cook, but I suggest to please provide a small pot for heating soup.

Generally clean, good staff, prompt restoration of power during electrical brown out.

First of all the ant problem, I had to get bug spray and destroy them myself. Second me and my girlfriend panicked because the day I arrived we didn’t get a response for almost 2 hours when it was nearly midnight, but it was an emergency for the property so I’ll excuse it. Lastly, wifi shut off the last 3 days which was a pain and the bed was stiff.

I really enjoyed the location, it was walking distance to the mall. It also had a few good services like a water heater, pool, etc. It had a nice view of the local area as well, and it felt homey

The place was bad area when it’s rainy days as bad flooding area. No taxi or any transport will take you or pick up you from the property if raining and flooding

Everything from the attitude of the host ignoring many attempts to check in being ignored, so poorly maintained and dirty, insects everywhere and ignored assistance to remove. Broken ceiling fan poorly maintained AC so very warm, broken taps wardrobe doors, toilet and bathroom very poor standard and overall I would recommend a stay here. Hidden fees for parking at 20% if the rate of the stay and if 3 people stay and park vehicle and use pool is additional 900 per day. Very disappointed with hosts attitude and nearly all requests were ignored and were made to feel like we were an inconvenience. Overall property very poorly maintained with wallpaper peeling off kettle also broken and much more which made this stay very disappointing to say the least. Would be nice if host invested revenue back into property. Nowhere to hang any clothes so had to live out of suitcase. It’s a shame you can only upload 4 photos because there’s so much more that I wanted to show to justify my negative feedback being factual

the service is low and the room is ver dirty and too many insects inside the room . me and my partner we are from JAPAN TO travel to MANILA AND CEBU AND TRAVEL TO CAGAYAN DE ORO AND CHOOSE TO STAY AT ONE OASIS BUT I didn’t expect this happening to us . i paid the room through the booking.com and when we i arrive the area from check in to room is so hassle and room is full of dirt amenity’s also . ⚠️No blanket ⚠️No toilet paper ⚠️Many dusting ⚠️Many insects ⚠️Bed smelly like didn’t wash for a long time ⚠️room has used pillow cover side of the bed ⚠️too many dirty under the table and chair ⚠️showerWater no hot water and also very dirty color this are room 1222
