During check-in, the unit was not cleaned — towels and linens were used and hanging to dry, leftover rice was on the counter, the dining table had not been wiped, and the bathroom was not clean. How can you run a business and not know your guests’ check-in schedule? Regardless of whether the cleaner or owner was not aware, the unit should have been cleaned after the previous guests checked out. We ended up waiting almost two hours at the clubhouse (in very hot weather due to the high heat index) before we could check in, which was a little after 5 PM. I also raised my concerns directly with the owner but received no response. On top of that, there was no toilet paper provided — not even a few complimentary coffee packets. I was told these are only offered at hotels, but I’ve stayed in similar accommodations for years and have never encountered this before. The Wi-Fi was non-existent on the first day and only started working on the second day. To future guests: do your research. The photos are misleading, and while the property could have been fine with better service and accountability, my experience was very disappointing. I will not be staying here again.

The customer service is very poor. They never reply to my messages. I left something at their unit after our stay, but they never replied to my messages. I called them, but no one answered. I hope they can improve their communication with their customers.

It was misleading.Iba yung pictures sa reality.Be careful.Im trying to contact the property manager at first nag ring pa then after di na ma contact.No wifi pero sa amenities nila sabi may wifi daw.The worst part you can do nothing kasi wala kang makausap about sa problem ng unit!

I can tolerate sana the experience, pero sa part na I got so stressed dealing with the owner of the unit, the penalty and its effects, I cannot! Instead of feeling happy because my family is with me on my graduation day, I got so stressed! 1) Some of the bed, blankets, towels and pillows were not clean as evidenced by itching of skin and the smell of such items during the stay; 2) defects in the architectural works specially in the kitchen counter--water from draining of the dishes flowed down to the floor due to lower elevation on the wall part of the counter; 3) defective exhaust hood (as proven by the authorized personnel of the condo) which resulted to an alarm sound of the smoke detector while cooking; and 4) irresponsible and unjustified owner of the unit --- taking no consideration of her client's welfare and not responsive to inquiries and calls. Worst part! The owner made us liable to pay for the entire penalty of the alarm sound of the smoke detector, given the fact that it is the defective exhaust hood which is the contributory cause of the incident. So disappointing!

The space is good for family accomodation. The manager is respectful and responsive.

You can’t use the amenities for free.We didn’t get any toiletries,not even garbage bags).The other occupants were very noisy too especially in the morning at the hallway.
