Care taker does not respond to message - need to call her and chat - Depsite texting the caretake that we are on route from terminal 2 - it took her what seem like a while - may be more than 5 minutes to meet us at the lobby ... - it was about 10 pm . and may be we were tired. Air con outlet has to be fixed as the new air con unit as informed by the caretaker trip off and did not want to come on . inform the caretaker 4 times - after we unplug and replug and did some trouble shooting . but the time she arrived 15 min later it unit came back on and worked well till the mornign...

Facilities where complete with small kitchen it was easy to find by Grab Fodd delivery was easy .

Good location in walking distance to airport. Very nice equiped apartment with comfortable bed and clean shower. Kitchen, wifi, tv and balcony are available.

Disappointed to be charged PHP300 for parking, even though it clearly stated it was free, but apparently it was my fault because I did not inform in advance that I needed parking.

Good location for airport and dining in the Newport Resorts many restaurants. Comfortable accommodation with everything you need for a short stay. Better quality than other condos I have stayed in here

We had to wait 15 minutes for someone to let us into the room - not very long, but after 20 hours journey it felt like forever...

Very close to NAIA terminal 3 (maximum 10 minutes walk), Starbucks, Subway and some stores in the neighborhood. Room quite clean, a/c worked fine.

If you want to be near the airport, this is the place to be. It is also walking distance to Mew Port Malls and other hotels. You can walk to NAIA Terminal 3 via the walkway. Very secure place and easy walk to bus stations.

The room is not super clean and it is sort of the stock room. Lots of supplies and stocks but you can’t touch it.. the kitchen cannot be used and there’s no water in the kitchen. The water in the shower has very low pressure.

Noted that door to balcony could not be locked and had no handle to close, just a cord to pull, which should be fixed to provide more secure lodging......otherwise apartment is neat, clean and as expected.

The room decor could use some modernization, and the bath towels seemed a bit old and should be replaced. I also didn’t like the size of the light fixture positioned directly above one of the beds.

I liked the property’s great location, with its close proximity to Manila Airport T3. The condo unit 8J was clean and spacious, even with two double beds and a breakfast table. It was also nice to have bath towels, toiletries, and a kettle provided in the room. The kitchen was well-equipped, and fridge was full with drinks for sale, although I didn’t use it during my stay.

Convenient for airport and local facilities, food, shops, transport etc. 2 good double beds and comfy sofa. Host was punctual and answered questions well.
