The place could be more comfortable. Climbing with the luggage is a nightmare. The mattress is on the floor on a low ceiling room. The bathroom is XS. I guess all this goes with the rate.

The location is okey. We were looking for accomodation on that area

I seem to like the ambiance, fresh air, total privacy and you can wash your clothes and the breakfast was big serving of delicious foods. It was very clean. The only thing was the cats around and at night they tumbled the rubbish bin and you could see ants attracting it. We have 2 nights and in the morning, my niece would sweep the scattered rubbish pulled down by the cats. It’s only the cats that push the negativity.

There are several cats in the house in the lower stories so it wasn't an issue for us but something to consider if you have any type of animal allergies. The last day the other room was occupied and it's a family room, so when the kids woke up, so did we as you can listen to everything from one room to the next, the previous night they were not lodged at the house so it was very calm and quiet.

Japanese style home, everything very clean in the room and entrance/meals room. All amenities worked perfectly, shower, ac, etc. Romel it's a sweetheart ans took care of us in everyway. He adapted the breakfast to our food preferences, rented us a scooter, called us a tuktuk gave local tips and directions everywhere. Really great host. There's a delicious Japanese restaurant in walking distance from the house. Pool gym and snooker available for customers. Price quality ratio highly Recommended.

In the room we stayed in, the air conditioner is positioned far from the bed. It took a while to cool the room down. If you prefer not feeling too cold while sleeping then this is a good option.

The place is quite close to the city proper and they were very accommodating. The breakfast was good and the facilities they have are nice. I wish we had more time to use them.

They had a dog that was off leash and would bark at us very aggressively as we walked to our room. Didn’t bite but it was very uncomfortable and thought it may bite if we weren’t careful. They had other dogs and cats that were absolutely lovely but this one should not have been loose

I loved this place! The room was very cute, the breakfast was amazing, they had a scooter for rent.

The bathroom wasn't cleaned properly when I arrived (hairs in the shower, paper bin nearly full), many ants in the room at some point. There is nothing much around, you will need to walk or get a tricycle to go eat or anything else. There is a pool, a gym and a japanese garden on the pictures which aren't in a good state. Rommel owns many dogs, normally locked inside, but they bark a lot and scared me quite a few times

Residentiel and very quiet area, near the airport. Japanese styled homestay - robes, hot/cold water and towel were provided, big living room with TV and tables to eat. Bed was very comfortable. Rommel was welcoming and even gave me a ride to a restaurant.

I haven't got a goodnight sleep, the adjacent room which I guess family is so noisy. The room is just divided by a large closet I guess because I can see lights coming through on the floor from the adjacent room kinda not comfortable with privacy.

kids needed to be watched all the time — stairs and such but manageable cos they have the very helpful entertainment room. ac on the family room is weirdly placed on the head area of the other bed.

it’s a japanese-themed airbnb on the third floor of the house with a separate entertainment room where you can netflix or karaoke (soundproofed), and tables where you can eat! They have fridge, tea and coffee, water, and an “honesty store” section where you can get wines and other supplies. small pool downstairs and a cute gym where you can do quick weights. aaah, the breakfast! they do not have a formal menu so whatever is available, they will serve. but they still have options for vegetarians 🙂 SERVICE by the owner is 1000/10 🫶🏽 i left my blanket and they washed it before giving it back to me. thanks a bunch, sir!

There was nothing I didn’t like, it was excellent value for money with stunning views.

The owner and staff were very friendly and welcoming. They provided a delicious breakfast at a time that I requested. The rooms were clean and comfortable with working AC. The property has a swimming pool, outdoor gym, board games and a music room. They were very accommodating when I asked to leave my suitcase here for 3 days and let me use the facilities upon my return for a very small fee. The owner also organised my transport to El Nido, saving an unnecessary journey to a pick up point. I’d definitely stay again!

If you're doing a DIY trip (commute and all), the location of this bnb might not best suit you since it is quite far from downtown. But, as for us, since we booked our day trips ahead via Klook and the tours came with free pick-ups in our location, it went perfectly.

Literally, everything was provided for us. It was near the airport, they offered airport pick up service, they allowed late check-in (since our flight was moved to a later time i.e. ETA of 9PM), it included free breakfast and mind you, they will ask you your preference (it's totally depending on your taste or cravings, but they suggest better options too!), breakfast / any food came in a japanese style kubiertos or set up which was a happy surprise for us, if you have an early trip in the morning, they will pack your breakfast to go so it'll come handy, they had all facilities ready for you and your usage. The place was really quiet and homey, so good for some DND mode. The location has access to grab/foodpanda so if you're too tired to go downtown for some noms, you can have your food delivered. Wifi worked really fine too. The homeowners are also very nice, the place is really really pet friendly, and the host offered to help us regarding our transfer to El Nido and our island hopping there! Feels like family! <3

    Absolutely nothing!

To start Orokasa had a plethora of facilities including an outdoor gym, swimming pool, koi pond and a traditional Japanese tea garden. The staff were wonderful always helpful and the attention to detail was the best i have ever seen. In the morning the owner would cook a home cooked meal specifically for the guest for example, and on the first day we had pancakes, eggs and sausage while the other Filipino guests had a traditional Philippine dish which just showed the attention paid to his guests. We were also offered help with transport and booking activities. Overall great place to stay! (Also close to really good ramen 😋)
