The room was not squeaky clean. There were mushrooms on the bottom part of the cabinet, and the comfort room had a weird smell. The AC was too weak.

NOW what I didn't like and these just for customer improvements, Room service should have better process like having menu in the room and a way to contact staff to make order from the room. Also not able to order food from outside and bring to the room is bad cause every guest is not going to eat your food at your restaurant. This is about giving the customers options and best experience to your place. Also a staff should be a front desk for incoming guest not walking around trying to find them to check in. From the list of amenities the shower gel was missing.

Things I did like about the place, nice bar outside and it's open 24hr, free access directly to the beach or you can chill by the poolside. They have a bar connected to the hotel and food place to get food.

Discovered dirty glasses in our bathroom, turned upside down as though they were clean and ready to use. Linen and pillows need upgrading. Room could have been cleaned better.

We were a little reserved about what to expect, especially after seeing our room. However, we were pleasantly surprised by the Out Back location. Beautiful sunset on the beach, view was lovely, pool area and bar very clean and hospitable. Staff friendly and helpful. We are tall people, needed longer larger bed. This criteria was met, comfort was reasonable. Linen and pillows are old and need replacing. The air-cons are noisy. The cleanliness in room was reasonable.

I was gonna rate excellent but there was so much noise in the middle of the night from the bar where the bar hoppers ended up at, properly management should have kept it quiet or kept the noise to a minimum

The beach is not white but black. Sewage drain comes into the sea. Saw 3x a big black rat. The hotel is beautifully close to the sea but the water is simply dirty.

More attention needs to be given to cleaning. I spilled water on the floor and the towel I cleaned it with turned black from the dirty floor. Guest towels have holes.

breakfast in connecting very simple local reastaurant, simple UK style - definetely not recommended property area is very noisy, playing kids at pool until late night. rooms and windows are poor sound protected

Large room with balcony. The owner was a very friendly guy, and genuinely wanted me to enjoy my stay. When a part in the shower broke it was repaired immediately, sub 10 minutes. Bar and bar food was really good and affordable. A really pleasant stay.....oh yeah and a 24hr bar!
