The toilet was in decent condition, could be cleaner. The wifi was terrible. The location is pretty isolated, have to walk far. Did not like booking.com automatically reviewing for me, gave location at perfect 10. It's a 6.

Bed was comfortable to sleep in. Room was spacious. Staff was nice and helpful. Only paid 4$ USD per night, worth it for the price and traveling light or willing to lug luggage for it.

I book this place and the location in my reservation didn't match with the real location..what gaves me headache trying to get to the real location..This place can be reached by motorcycle only, cause it's in the middle of nowhere..there's no hot shower in this property and there's no internet in the rooms..

The manager and the staff were helpfull and polite. They have frigobar in the rooms..

One cause of slipping is not having a foot cloth or mat to prevent the floor from getting wet after showering. I almost slipped, but luckily I was holding onto the wall. I hope the hostel will at least provide a mat. The hostel staff also lack coordination in terms of communication, possibly due to a shortage of workers, which is why they almost forgot my request. A reminder is needed, so I had to inform the receptionist again. Changing rooms will also be difficult. I requested to move to the 6th floor, but the reception said there’s no vacancy yet and that they would inform me when one becomes available. 🤣 I'm doubtful about that, as I mentioned earlier—I'm sure they’ll forget my request. If you want better signal for Smart, I suggest the 6th floor. But if there’s no vacancy, use a Globe or TM SIM. No bidet, No hot shower. No available tabo. isipin nyo na lang pahirapan din maghugas ng private part pwede naman tissue pero kasi hindi ako comfortable sa tissue lang. 🤣

the cheapest hostel I stayed. cleanliness of the room (but there are exemption) working elevator there are a microwave, mini refrigerator and bathroom inside the room.

A lot. No connection since I came until I checked out. No one informed ahead of time about the security deposit and I don’t have cash with me so I had to withdraw some cash. No bidet so you must bring TABO for those who used to.

The staffs. They are very very helpful. The only reason I’m not giving you 0 out of 10 is because of your staffs but the rest sucks.

This was probably one of the worst hostels i have stayed in (and i've slept in A LOT of hostels in Asia and never complained about any!!). It is nothing like the pictures, it is disgusting. When i first arrived the room was so bad it probably didnt get cleaned for ages, no TP in bathroom, so many spiders and flyes, everything dirty, bed had stains from shoes, hair on it, i was hearing screaming from outside the whole night, it was so freezing i didn't sleep and the bathroom was so disgusting i didnt feel okay taking a shower (after traveling for two days i was really looking forward to that). I never leave bad reviwes but this situation was unacceptable. Think twice before you book this

1. It could have been nice to mention a 1k php deposit before checking in. 2. Too many mosquitoes (i wish im exaggerating) 3. Shortcut to main business district exists but it’s shady if you’re not used to live outside the BGC bubble 4. Other tenants are indians, bangladeshis, and the likes. Overall they are nice and peaceful, but because probably the space in the rooms are confined, they loitered around the area because there isnt any lounge in the hostel. 5. There was a bucket catching drips of water in the reception - for three days straight when i was there 6. Lockers inside the rooms are available but you gotta bring your own lock - would be nice to have this mentioned as well 7. Bathroom door at the time i was there couldnt close - i ended up using the office showers the entire stay.

Turns out to be a lot closer in the main business district area because of a shortcut not visible in google maps. Staff are friendly. I was also lucky to have shared the room with only one female and we were in switching schedules. Reception from first day was nice to have let me leave my backpack there and return for it in the evening.
