PhilippinesThe room is not well maintained. As soon as I entered the room, there are some cockroaches and it seems that the room is not properly cleaned. You can also hear the noise from the outside of the building. The staffs are smoking infront and in the driveway. You need to pay for the toiletries, dental kits, and guest kit which is free on the other affordable hotels. We booked for 2 adults and yet we only got 1 bath towel??
I like that there are restos and convenience store nearby. Also, the booking process is smooth.

PhilippinesThe establishment has two names, different name in booking.com and another name that is found in the building itself. These names are confusing and can be deceiving. I was a little bit surprised because it has limited information and pictures about the place.

PhilippinesWe booked for a Deluxe room with like 150sqm size, only to get placed in a Premium room that is like half of the size. We expected a different room and received a totally different room versus what it looks like in the listing. We definitely prefer larger rooms since we had baggages with us and it was a 4 day stay. The free WiFi near our room doesn't even work. You have to be outside of your room to be able to connect. You get automatically disconnected once you close the door.

PhilippinesI don't like the attitude of the first staff that greeted us when we came. She is not accommodating and does not give us clear direction where to go or just guided us where our room is. She must have insinuated that we knew the hotel but we just stayed the night there because we are tired from out swimming trip at Splash Island. We are too tired to even comprehend here just pointing at where we will go instead of giving us clear and concise direction.
I like the room itself it is cozy and super clean.
