United StatesThis was the noisiest place I've ever stayed at - and I've done hosteling in party central in places like Barcelona, Madrid, Berlin, and Temple Bar area in Dublin. This was somehow even less restful! My room fronted the stairs to the upstairs bar so I heard everything including karaoke, late night drunkards stumbling down the stairs (I think someone fell multiple times), and a group in the room directly across from me slamming their door every five seconds coming in and out. Maybe I'd have been better off switching rooms but their slamming was excessive and carried to all floors. I eventually complained when their slamming and coming and coming and going had not ceased by 5am. Regardless of individuals, the bar was audible on all floors and the halls are quite small so you hear any convos inside rooms. Plus, guesthouse is on a very noisy corner at the entrance to a busy subdivision and so you get every noise imaginable. Also, the pillows were horrid. Felt like someone stuffed jeans and other loose clothes inside a sack. The bed was all right but was clearly an older spring mattress. Please consider replacing at least the pillows! Overall, I enjoyed the staff and had a good few days but wasn't blown away. Could have had a better experience.
The staff was great, including Tita Winnie and Rjat who I met and had great convos with. They were welcoming and very accommodating to my requests to check in early and extend. I enjoyed the wifi and the aircon

Philippines• Telephone is not working. • No tea/coffee maker - I request it to the staff and they give me electric kettle that is so dirty and broken it looks like they just pick it up from somewhere and gave it to us. I ask the staff to change it because he give me a digusting electric kettle but he just get the disgusting elecctic kettle and didnt get back to me. • No refrigerator • No hair dryer • AC is not cold even with 16 degrees settings • Windows are dusty and dirty it looks like it hasn't been clean for a long time but you won't notice it unless you move the curtain, • No rugs • Only one towel

PhilippinesProperty is old and so are the facilities. Water is weak. Towels are torn. No amenities except for one piece of soap. Not very clean. Bed and pillows were lumpy. Didn’t have a good night’s sleep.
